Mouse exclusion was preformed and the technician crawled under our deck and found a location where they were entering. After paying an exterminator over a year to replace traps and try to get rid of our mice, Midwest Pest was able to do it with a single visit. Very happy to the service provided.

Great. The technician was thorough and knowledgeable as well as friendly. We could tell that he cared about his work and level of service he was providing. He found and sealed entry points as well as set bait stations. Time will tell if it takes care of the problem, but I’m optimistic!

The team made repeated visits over the fall and winter to inspect and plug the gaps. We’ve had the fewest mice trapped 20-21 in a very long time. What I like about this outfit is that you pay for a year’s service and they keep coming out to find the gaps and plug them until the problem is solved. No other pest control company did this that I could find.

Good. Jesse educated me on how the mice are getting in and what would happen with the bait he put out. He covered holes in numerous spots on the exterior of the house. Am hopeful this will solve the problem.

They were responsive, met my timeline, and the result seems to have been effective - the insects have not returned after several weeks. The technician who came to the house was friendly and was willing to answer questions about the treatment and how to prevent problems in the future. Total cost was around $235. The work is guaranteed for the rest of the season. I liked that they were willing to answer my specific questions (availability, rough estimate on cost, etc.) when initially returning my call, unlike another provider I contacted.
