Went great. Provider was thorough, professional and responsive. I haven't had any mouse problems since the visit. The provider was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.

It went very well!! Very professional. Found and sealed openings from the end of siding to foundation. Joe then inspected the basement and placed traps. Okay, I admit it, the idea of traps was not exciting. However, these are hidden and only contain particles that the mouse would take back to nest. Once Joe explained the purpose of the traps, we could understand their necessity.Midwest provided a one-year warranty.

It went well. We haven't had any mice return as of yet. Will update this review if anything changes within the year.

The first time Larry came out he said he couldn't put bait stations down because the basement was too cluttered. I went out and bought about 20 traps, and we started catching the mice. The second time he came, not much had changed in the basement but he started putting bait in the stations. I ended up placing the stations. He told us to call him back in 2 weeks to put more bait in the stations. When I called him he said he was too busy to come. I told him to call me when he could come over. That was weeks ago and I've had no communication with him. My family continued to work very h****** the problem. We are now mice free. I was very disappointed in Midwest Pest. We ended up spending more of our own money to get rid of the mice.

Joe was super amenable to working on my teacher's schedule. When school got canceled for today (cold temperatures), he was open to coming early and still coming! (He worked outside on one of the coldest days of the year!) He called and announced his arrival window, arrived perfectly during it. We walked through the house so he could get an idea of where the mice were entering. He explained as he found tunnels and other signs of their presence. He then went outside, sealed what he could see and returned with the poison traps. He explained everything thoroughly particularly because now that things are sealed, there will be some wait time for the mice to "disappear." Then, of the various options, he made sure I got the best deal!

Worked well - did not have a single bug inside the house this fall.

Came back promptly about 2 months later to fill additional possible entrance holes after an additional mouse was caught in a trap. I feel confident that Midwest Pest will willingly return to my residence IF additional mice are caught.

The tech was very prompt and very nice to work with I had a coupon and wasn't sure what to expect since I've never had a rodent elimination performed before.. He only found one hole outside, that was filled with foam. He set two poison traps inside. We continued to have rodents for a couple months after. (based on our cats' watching certain walls). Basically, the service provider was good, but now that I know I just put foam with wire and traps around I think it's a bit over-priced if you are only dealing with a slight mouse issue. If we had bats or something it might be different.

I was very pleased with the service provided. There were definitely mice in the house. The bait took care of them. Unfortunately there was a smell associated with them dying. I called again when I began to notice the odor and was reassured it would go away relatively quickly; and it did. No more evidence of any more activity. I would have them come out yearly to inspect and prevent.

They were excellent in every way. Came several times according to my schedule since we were moving. Such nice people too which was a bonus.

Midwest Pest has been servicing our mouse issues ever since we bought the house. When we realized the mice had gotten in again, we called Midwest Pest and they mentioned a reduced price if we went through the Angie's List deal (they knew we were members, that's how we originally came to use their services). So we bought the deal. Later, we came across the paperwork from our last service call and realized we were still (barely) within the 12 month warranty period they offered. Midwest Pest confirmed we were within warranty, performed the followup service at no charge and instructed us to contact Angie's List for a refund of the "Deal."

Closed up potential mice entrances and put out poison to kill existing mice. So far so good.

On time and very efficient. Two days later, no more critters!! Definitely our Go To Exterminator!

Scheduling the appointment immediately was a concern as we kept finding mice in our traps and they were getting bolder - one even ran me out of the bathroom! I was able to get a next day, early morning appointment. He was prompt, walked my husband through the process, sealed the entry points and set out more traps. A month later, we haven't had any more issues!

They did a great job and we have no mice this year. Would highly recommend!

We've worked with Larry before and he's a great guy. He listens carefully to concerns and takes the time to explain what needs to be done. We've worked with another well known pest control company with poorer results. We'll stick with Larry at Midwest Pest.

They were great to work with and took care of the problem. I would recommend them as well as use them again.

He is a nice guy, but told me what I already know; That I have some sort of animal infestation and that they are entering the home someplace. He didn't know where exactly.

I was very impressed with Midwest Pest! We recently purchased a "fixer upper" and had a mouse problem. Larry arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and professional. I followed him around the house and he pointed out potential entry points for the mice and explained what he would do to block them. There were two areas he noticed would be an issue, but they were not in places he could access, he suggested a few economical solutions for us to use to block those areas. He set up bait in our basement and discussed where the nests were probably located in the insulation. Additionally, he gave us a time line of when we could expect the problem to finally resolve itself and suggested that we continue to trap the mice aggressively as we had been doing in addition to the thing he did. I was very impressed with the service we received and would recommend them.
