Provider showed up and was punctual and pleasant. Jon was full of information regarding what I needed to do to eliminate the rodent problem. I had purchased a Mice Exclusion and Elimination certificate for $259. Jon felt that based on my situation, it would be more cost effective for me to purchase their inspection services and do the work myself. I appreciated this. Since we live in an older home and the services could have gotten quite costly. Jon proceeded to go around the exterior of the house and locate all of the potential areas for mice to permeate the exterior. He also gave me a list of sealants, and explained where to use each one and how to apply them. Before Jon left he wrote everything down, confirming the conversation that had occurred as we examined the exterior of my house. The service was professional and thorough. Would definitely use them again, BUT hope I do not have to.

I went with them because although they were $100 more expensive than another well rated company, they offered a 3 year warranty on the service (the other company's warranty was 6 months I believe). The ants disappeared pretty quickly. Effective but not cheap.

Provider was punctual and courteous, and responsive to questions and concerns. He did an inspection, identified likely entry point for rodents, sealed exterior opening, and counseled us on how to create additional barriers to infestation (by sealing holes in basement wall). He also identified likely areas of mouse activity inside the house, and left bait traps. Unfortunately, the bait stations didn't seem to work, since we continued to have "mouse sightings." We did call in the exterminator a second time (don't recall the date -- sorry). He provided more bait stations, and helped us strategize about how to do a better job of placing them. We subsequently determined that there were probably only two mice. We had trapped one of them very early on, before we called in the exterminator -- and apparently before they had a chance to breed. We trapped the second mouse a couple of weeks ago (early June 2014). We used glue boards (which we purchased on our own) to catch both mice. So....we ultimately ended up getting rid of our own mice. However, the provider's advice and assistance in identifying and eliminating possible entry points for rodent infestation was helpful.

He was considerate, prompt and very careful.

We found some carpenter ants in our house. We called a number of providers and found that Midwest did the best in explaining what we were dealing with and how they would address it. They were able to schedule within days of my first call. The gentleman who came out did a great job explaining what he was going to do - they spray twice. And they have a guarantee on their services. We haven't seen an ant in weeks!

An exterminator came to our house, setup some poison stations for mice and checked our foundation for entry points. He sealed up a crack in the foundation and we've had no issues since, definitely would recommend the service to anyone having similar issues.

This is an older house with a solid foundation but which has holes. We don't have a mouse problem but we've noticed droppings in the basement and kitchen and didn't want it to get out of control. We had a very good experience. The technician came to the house three times, and spent a while with me showing why excluding the mice was not possible (or why I needed a mason to the job!). He suggested a strategy, less costly that fit my budget and priorities.

Company was very responsive in setting up an inspection. Representative was pleasant and knowledgeable. He found several possible entry points around the house and sealed them with foam.

Exterminator gave me detailed description of what he had done and offered to come back again when the snow melted to double check that there weren't areas buried that could be potential entrances. We have seen no signs of mice.

Very good! Joe did an excellent job and explained everything he was doing. We haven't seen any evidence of mice since he came out.

Incredibly professional and organized. I trusted him coming in to my home. He seemed very dedicated to helping us with our problem. We are not big fans of poison since it results in the odor of dead mice for weeks, and that is what he uses. In the end we used our own traps to catch the existing mice but Midwest Pest did all the leg work in sealing holes around our home.

He was on time, very polite and friendly. Clarified the problems that needed to be addressed. Even though he didnt perform the work, he was very nice to work with.

They were thorough and pointed out a possible carpenter ant issue. We did ask for a follow-up visit and they did come out to check the stations to make sure they were situated properly. The only reason I gave them a "B" is because the end result was something I could do myself. In the future, I would probably do this myself versus using a service.

Midwest Pest has had to make multiple trips but they are absolutely standing behind their service and warranty. They have been fabulous about coming back and in fact left a follow up voicemail I need to return (so I am not the only one being proactive in getting gold star customer satisfaction). I think we finally have the problem resolved!

It has worked out so far. I have worked directly with them. They seem experienced and knowledgeable. They made a quick assessment. He did thorough assessment and he told me what the steps would be in fixing the problem. He was forthcoming with information and answered my questions. He made himself available to come back when there are any problems. It has to be done periodically. He will need to redo the inspection when the weather lets up. I will continue to use him.

Very professional and conscientious. Good explanations of what they were going to do and what they did and found. We would use them again in a heartbeat.

It all went well and as expected No mice returned as of Jan 2014 - approx. 4 months after service

Came out a second time, as promised, when we were still seeing mice. Issue now appears to be resolved. Love the 6 month mouse free guarantee!

I was very happy with it. Maybe the pricing was a little bit on a high side but overall I was really happy.

They did not complete the job to my satisfaction and I don't feel like the worker who came out was very invested in helping me reduce my issue with mice, which got much worse after they came. I am satisfied with how they handled my dissatisfaction.

Great service - guaranteed for a year, so he'll come back if we have any more mice.

He did his best, but warned that with a house as old as mine, he couldn't guarantee success. In fact, I continued to find traces of mice -- both dead and alive -- for many months after their service. I believe my house is currently mouse-free, but I needed to put out additional poison for another year to make that so.
