Larry has provided service for us for several years. He's very personable, prompt and knowledgeable. He explains everything before doing the work.

Joe called me before he came out, very congenial, I felt very comfortable with him. He pointed out several places where they were getting in and not only patched them up, but gave me some needed advice. He also, put several poison containers around the basement. He was prompt, efficient, numerous, and easy going. I have a drop ceiling in the basement, he gave me some ideas what to do with it after I have it taken down. Excellent, trustworthy, and yes I'd recommend him.

Primary phone number is an answering service which seemed efficient in taking my contact information. Never heard back from this business so I can only assume they are very busy or they have less than desirable work ethic in that they don't follow up on potential customers. Either way not traits I look for in a service company. Too many other well ranked companies to choose from makes this an easy review to share.

It went great. Exactly what I expected. The provider was quick and nice.

I searched "Deal's" in Angie's list for an Exterminator. I called 763-566-3232 at 9:15am 10/7/15 to question the $179 deal that is referenced to confirm if the Interior/Exterior 90 day warraty package included flea's. I was advised that this was a call answering service and an exterminator would call me back. I left my information, they called back I was in the middle of a work project. I called them back at "John's" the "direct" number 612-598-2882, answering service picked up again advising he would need to call me back. Back to work for me he calls and leaves a voice mail. I call the Direct number back again (3rd time) at 1:46pm I was advised again by the ansering service that he was not available and would call me back. Get back to my desk and he calls back once again I have to leave my office floor, I was advised the price for flea's was $229 $50 more than the deal price which isnt really a deal. Maybe you can reference that this does not include flea's and you will waste a whole day trying to get ahold of someone.

Went great...so far, no return visitors.

Overall a great job and no complaints. I've hardly seen a spider or ant since the work was completed.

I have been using Midwest Pest since I bought my house 8 years ago. Initially when I moved in there was a significant issue with mice. Midwest came out and solved my problem for 7 years until I had some work done on the outside of my house last year. They have now come out twice in the past year. Always responsive, professional and they put up with my dramatics related to having mice! ? I am forever a Midwest customer!

Service provider was on time and did an exceptional job of insect control. He even sprayed for yellow jackets because he saw a nest, which was outside of the original scope of work.

Joe was friendly, knowledgeable, considerate, and patient with all of our questions. He was here less than 2 minutes when he identified the main hole that the mice have been using to find food & shelter like we use entrance ramps to get on a highway! He was informative every step of the way, explaining what he was doing. I am very pleased and will sleep better because I am confident that he has started the process of eradicating the unwelcome critters.

Have had a terrible time with bees this summer. I had sprayed one nest only to have return and then a second showed up under the house siding. Midwest Pest showed up that same day (they happened to be heading in my direction, whew!) and smoked and sprayed both nests. Within a day or so there was no trace of the bees and they have not returned. If they do Midwest Pest has a warranty so they will continue to take care of the problem.

He showed up on time. We had carpenter ants in the walls below a bedroom window. He sprayed the interior and exterior. He also came back the end of July and did another exterior spray. He guarantees the work for 3 years. I hope to never hear ants in my wall again. Ick.

They were excellent. The price was very reasonable when I bought it on the website, on Angie’s List. It is not traps they set-up. They do bait stations. These bait stations have a walk on them so they had to come and refill them. So, there would not be animals in those. It was just for poisoning or whatever. What stands out most about them is their willingness to come when you call them or to do whatever they can. They were here when they said they would be.

Went very well, they displayed their knowledge of what they were doing and explained along the way.

It has been almost a year later and still no mice in the house. He got all of the holes! We are so happy!

I requested a refund as the provider never showed. To my knowledge, I have not received that refund.

The service was not the best. They were not incredibly responsive and when they did come, they actually did not do that much. That was not our best call. They said that we called at the wrong time of the year. So, we held on to it for a while. We are in Minneapolis. They came back out and it did not make a difference. We will definitely go with a different pest service next time. They had to come out when the snow cleared. There were no extra charges to the $259 Big Deal. We just were not very happy with the service. We still have pests. He also cancelled a couple of appointments. It was just one of those Deals and we just thought we were going to be done with this. We will call a different group here in Minneapolis probably Rainbow Pest Control next time. We did work with them because of the Angie’s List Deal, but we will just go back to the other guy probably. They did eventually come and did not charge us more. It was not a fraud Deal or anything. They just did not do what they said they would do. They were not horrible, but they were not great.

Showed up promptly. very thorough. Friendly. Fixed the problem. perfect.

The technician was personable and knowledgeable. He was great. The problem, once he left, died away and we haven't had a occurrence yet. If we do, we'll definitely call Midwest pest again!

They did a really nice job. We signed up for an annual maintenance plan with them. They come in every three or four months. The cost is 400 bucks for the annual bill. They have good pricing. They are professional. They showed up on time. They are thorough.

Everything was fine. The tech was at the home for a half hour to 45 minutes giving me advice. They didn’t do any follow up.

It was fine. They did what they said they would do. One person came out.
