One interior and one exterior spraying and ants disappeared.

I have a garter snake issue and some were found in my home. Scott shows up every Thursday and checks and replaces the traps. He has also discovered how they were entering my home and handled that corner of the foundation. Only 1 snake was found in the house after that and we are assuming it was already in the house when he sealed the foundation. They still are around the outside of the home. I always feel much better after he has come and checked everything out inside and outside my home.

I had a mouse problem in my house last fall. I had Midwest Pest come out to see what they could do. They sealed up some potential entry points and pointed out that I may have some issues with an area in the front of my house that is covered by a wooden porch that they could not reach. The placed some bait stations, mindful of the fact that I have dogs, in areas that were deemed to be high traffic areas and advised me of what I should expect in a few weeks. I the mice disappeared pretty quickly. I did have one more that made it in mid winter, but the bait stations took care of that one as well. I appreciate their one year warranty!

They were unable to complete it because of the placement of the deck.

It was good. There were no additional charges. It took them maybe an hour and a half to do the work. We have had absolutely zero mouse activity since they have been here.

The staff member who came to the house was very thorough, friendly and on time. He explained the treatment plan. He also informed us if at anytime we have any critters, we should contact them and they'll be out. We paid $117.00 per treatment and they will be out 4 times a year. Well worth it!

I am revising my review of Midwest Pest. They have contacted me and came back out for a more detailed inspection where they identified one location that may be an access point for mice to my attic. They inspected the attic and bated. I will continue to trap in my attic over the next couple of months and hope that they have actually identified and blocked the access point. I will update this review again in two months based on the results.

He was very through and explained what he was doing. He did a good job on it and took care of the bugs.

Great. I bought a year package and they came out and took care of mouse holes last year and again this year. They even were nice enough to extend my one year a few more da, bonus! Would recommend to anyone. Friendly, knowledgeable and take care of business.

I contacted Midwest Pest and was called back by the exterminator within 5 minutes. He was very knowledgable and gave great advice, no charge. Unfortunately, we had woodpeckers so we could not use Midwest Pest to help us out and had to call wildlife services.

Great communication and very cooperative. If needed. I will work with them again.

After some initial scheduling problems, the owner called me & came out that same day & sprayed for box elder & Asian beetles bugs.

Midwest came to the house and spent about an hour assessing the problem and determined that they could not solve it. They did some minor work and told me to request a full refund. I offered to pay for his time and he declined. He was very professional and told me what needed to be done. I highly recommend them.

Joe Carson the area manager came in Oct 2015 - He located access points and sealed them and left bait stations to rid home of existing mice. We had no problems over the winter and past summer - I found a mouse two weeks before my one year warranty expired. Joe came out with no question searched for new access points and sealed them - He also left new bait traps. I was very pleased with his work and professionalism. I would recommend him to anyone.

The mice came back, but they did come back to check-up on it. So, that was good. Ideally it would be nice if the mice had not come back, but they did actually uphold their end of the deal so that was good. The mice had found another way in again. So, even though they told us they had sealed it out, they had not effectively. I am not angry at them, but it would be nice if the mice had not got back in. They did respond when we asked them to come back. They showed up really nicely on time like the day of the services but like phone calls and stuff to go out for them to respond to. If they had done a little more thorough job the first time, they did not have to come back the second time, but then again, I am not a professional in animal removal.

They did the service and then, depending on you're view point, we found we found several dead mice downstairs after they came by. We had a problem with flies and I hoped it was something other than a dead mouse in the wall somewhere. He did a perimeter search of the house and he found one spot where he thought they might be getting in and he blocked that. I still think they are getting through the drive somewhere and I asked them to please focus on that which he did. I don't think we have any mice right now but maybe we had an infestation in the wall or something which was the source of those flies. I expected more of a thorough search through the garage because I still think they are getting in through there, honestly I think we'll have another problem here next year. We paid the contract under the auspices of having mouse problems so they came out and put out their little baits and things and it worked. It kind of leads me to believe that there are more out there than they eventually found.

The service provider was very helpful and responsive. I called ahead of time and spoke with a specialist about our problem, and they were very knowledgeable. When the specialist arrived, he was very friendly and explained what he was doing as he did it. He wore booties in the house to protect our floors. The treatment was done both inside and outside the house, with a second exterior treatment a few weeks later. We have not had a carpenter ant problem since the treatments were finished.

The biggest compliment I can give this provider is the fact that we called a day after a major snow storm, during a holiday week and they were able to take care of us right away. The building with mice is a rental duplex and we had tenants who were too frightened of the mice to sleep in their apartments. After a very thorough conversation on the phone, Joe told me that he could be out the following day. He arrived on time and did a thorough inspection of the house. Despite the snow and cold, I think Joe took his time with the outside work to do it right. The tenants reported seeing no more mice and were very appreciative of how quickly we could get someone to take care of the problem.

A week and a half after hiring them, they arrived late (went to the wrong address initially) and did a 30 minute inspection (total time on site was 30 minutes). The did not patch any holes where the water and sewer plumbing entered the home which was suspected to be point of entry. They laid down 3 wood snap traps. They said because it was a multi-unit (4) building they could not guarantee any results. They made no arrangements for follow up. Upon hearing this from the tenant, I called Midwest Pest and they confirmed the story I heard. I stated that I was dissatisfied and would not pay the $300 for complete extermination of mice. The sent me an invoice for $$320.31. I called, and after some phone tag was able to talk to a person. He said the charge would be reduced to $190. I told him that the contract is terminated. I then received an invoice for $213.18 which I paid. I do not recommend anyone use this company.

Midwest Pest came out as promised and sprayed the entire outside of the home. Since they have come out we haven't seen but only a couple of spiders. The technician came out again in October and as part of the plan that we purchased he sprayed the exterior again. We haven't seen anything since! We were seeing multiple spiders and centipedes daily. I would highly recommend Midwest Pest.
