Description of Work: Jon the owner answered my initial call and came out the following day to perform the service (mice issues). He spent an hour walking around the exterior of the house looking for areas a mouse might be able to enter the house. He discovered 2 openings (cracked mortar in the foundation block) and sealed them up. He also placed additional sticky traps inside the house to trap any mice that might still be inside. We caught one more mouse about a week after he was here and since then no more signs that mice were roaming inside our home. Jon was on time,courteous and professional... I would strongly recommend him to anyone.One last point ... he even recommended another vendor for a service he doesn't provide. (He not only recommended an animal removal company as I suspected we may have a squirrel in our attic but he showed me where the animal may be entering the attic from the exterior of the house) Thank you Jon loved your service but hope I never have to see you again...nothing personal

I am very sorry you had trouble reaching us. This is highly unusual. During the Summer months we are all out in the field assisting our clients but answer calls while we are working. If for some reason we cannot answer, it may take 8-10 rings before the call goes to voicemail. We try to be very prompt in returning calls, generally within 30 minuites. Description of Work: We started seeing signs of mice and had actully caught several. We called Midwest Pest to come and see if they could determine where they were coming in. Jon Hagel was able to come over right away. He did a very thorough job and explained everything he did and told us what to expect in the next few weeks. We caught one additional mouse as he told us we might and haven't seen any since. A couple of months after he came, we had siding replaced and started to hear some rustling in the walls, he came back free of charge (based on their 6-month guarantee) and checked everything and set a new bait trap and we are living mouse and rustling free. We will call him again if needed and would highly recommend him to others.
