Earl the Tech from Adams Pest Control arrived each visit at the appointed time. He sprayed product inside the house late this winter to get rid of the ants. Our house has no basement, was built on a slab, making it more likely to have an ant problem. Earl is super nice, easy to talk to, and answered all my questions. He has many years experience, and his professionalism showed this. He did have to come back a second time for additional treatment to get rid of ants. I would definitely recommend Adams Pest Control, and Earl to anyone who has a pest problem.

How did it go? Fine. A couple years ago I had the ant treatment which almost immediately stopped not only ants in the basement but other bugs as well. Since we wanted the bat inspection (one was flying around in the bedroom recently), I decided to renew the ant treatment. Same chemical, same company, same technician who has had years of experience and knows what he is doing. I recommend this company.

Left msg on a Sunday and was called back first thing Monday morning to schedule an appointment. Technician came on-time Tuesday morning and treated the house for ants. Technician was friendly and competent. He fully explained the process, chemicals used and their guarantee. I was 100% satisfied with the service and personnel. We use this company at my business (for mice control) and have had excellent results there too. I am happy to recommend Adam's to others.

Dannie Seifert at Adam's is the best pest control person in the south metro. I first met him in the fall as I had a serious mouse problems in my house. This situation is now a done deal. I do not have any more mice, for the first time in 10 years. My cats are not happy about this new development but I am thrilled. I called Adams to tell them about box elder bugs in my house. Danny came out yesterday and sprayed, explained to me when the best time is for spraying for these bugs and checked the mouse bait boxes. I hate crawly things. I noticed after he left that he swept up the dead bugs (I admitted I had seen dead bugs in my laundry room but had chosen not to do anything about as I get freaked out.) He didn't have to do this. But he did. Thank you Danny. I have now signed up for quarterly visits with Adams Pest Control. I will refer anyone to Adams if they have any issues with pests. I referred my neighbor and Danny was out last week. They are pleased with his work. My neighbor stated to me that he was surprised on how thorough Danny was. They had used another pest control company last fall and were not happy at all. I have also referred Adams to my coworker. He was also thrilled with the service he received. One time they came out mistakenly while I wasn't there, and they did the outside of the house. However, I need the inside treated, so they came back at no charge to treat the inside.

They last came out 3 months ago. I have been using them for 13 or 14 years. They come out 4 times a year.

I felt patronized as though I shouldn't be concerned about mice running through my house. Service provider was a bit too familiar;creeped me out.

They sealed some cracks and put in some special poison right above our utility room. We haven't seen any evidence of mice since they've come out.

Overall the guys r very helpful and responsive. After finding one bug looking like a bed bug, we called them to do an initial assessment of the house. We agrees to pay for the bug sniffing dog, which was quite expensive but we felt (and we're told) that we could feel good that there were no active bugs if the dog found nothing. The search found nothing. A few months later we noticed a number of bugs on our child's bed and they came to reassess. As we feared the infestation was extensive requiring full house heating treatment which was very expensive. They returned a few months later for a final spray treatment after a few left over bugs were found. Overall we were happy with the service but can't help but wonder if they missed bugs on the first assessment with the dog because a few months later the infestation was extensive! We realize that bugs could have been introduced after the visit, but it sure makes you wonder.

They are reasonable and do good work. They show up on time. They remind me when I need services done.

Of course no one ever desires to call an exterminator, but for having to do so Adam's was the perfect fit for our needs. Tim L., a Technician for Adam's, was assigned to our account and we were immensely impressed with his level of expertise and professionalism. Tim was great to work with and most importantly, he was successful in trapping the squirrels in our attic. We recommend Adams and highly recommend asking for Tim as your technician.

He was really, really thorough. He found all the leaks into our house and found out where the problem was. He took care of them. He crawled under the crawl space to stuff up holes. He really went a million extra miles. It was expensive. He left stuff for us to catch mice. It wasn't an easy thing to do but it was quick and we're done with it. We're just really grateful we called him because there aren't pests anymore. He was a very professional guy. He just really worked hard to make sure that it would be taken cared of and that we wouldn't get anymore mice and that's what has happened.

We had several mice invade our basement in October. We put out DCON but they just kept coming. We called Adam's and had an appointment in less than a week. Mike was very friendly, very knowledgable and spent a lot of time in and out of the house. He fought the mice in multiple ways, and when we had him install a garage door brush on a subsequent visit, he took another spin in and out of the house (even though that wasn't the reason for his visit) and plugged a couple of more holes (you can see mousey tracks easier in snow) and put out big boxes of bait. We were so impressed that we signed up for quarterly service (which we never sign up for "service plans" as I'm in marketing and know this is typically an easy way to keep a recurring revenue stream for not much work). We do not want any more mice, and we have confidence in Adam's. And maybe with the service we will get fewer box elders next summer, too, as a bonus!

He performed an exterior spider/pest control treatment

In previous years, I had set mouse traps in the basement; both live capture and spring loaded. We caught mice, but still heard scratching in the walls. Since we got a cat over the summer, I couldn't set spring loaded traps anymore. Also, this cat didn't catch mice (just played with them). The technician arrived just a few minutes late, but then listened to my concerns and I showed him every possible entry that I could think of. Within the hour he had locate a couple more possible entry routes, plugged them all, and then placed 3 poison containers around inside the basement. although it's been about a month since then, we no longer hear scratching in the walls or any other signs of rodents. It's all good so far.

After making contact they were very helpful in setting up an appointment right away unfortunately our technician was late and did not call to tell us and we had to rebook. They were very apologetic and set us with another appointment a few days later. The same techician was scheduled to service us again, this time he called and stated that he would be 20 minutes late. His 20 minutes turned into 40 minutes. Thankfully, Mike should up and began working with us on all the issues. He explained the how's and why's of them getting in. He went around and plugged all the holes and then some some. He was very consciences and thorough. Mike did a great job.

Called office. Scheduled appointment for next day. Exterminator arrived on time. Found carpenter ant nest in nearby tree. Treated tree and around house. He was friendly and efficient. A real professional.

Earl, our technician, was wonderful. Very prompt. In fact, he was able to come a bit earlier than our scheduled time, and he called to check if it would be possible to move up the appointment. The product used, Talstar Pro, seems to have an extremely low amount of odor, and we liked the fact that it was pet-safe once dried. The pets needed to be moved away from the sprayed area for a couple of hours until it was completely dry. Earl was knowledgeable about his product and gave some good advice on how to avoid pest problems in the future. He definitely put us at-ease, which is a great skill to have when you're feeling a bit freaked out about bugs in your home.

My mother called them, they checked it and gave suggestion to have her siding contractor inspect it for possible openings that they could fix where the bats come and go....they were nice, but didn't really do anything that I know of besides inspect it...

Provider was early. He called ahead to make sure ut was ok. He explained what needed to be done and the cosy T. He was efficient and thorough. I would use them agaib

Very pleasant people to work with. There were two trips to the house. One was for an inspection and estimate and the next to perform the heat treament. It took a full day, however there was no wasted motion. The technician was very careful with our possessions and it turned out the best possible. Don't want to do it again, but if we do, we would certainly use these folk.

Earl was probably the most personable service technician I've ever had come to my home. He was easy going, talked with us about a variety of issues, wasn't in a hurry and was an overall great person to work with. I would recommend that if you have service done with Adam's, to contact Earl Kluttz for an outstanding customer experience. Any time I need pest control service, I won't hesitate to use Adam's and ask for Earl to come back out.
