They were probably here a year ago. The only thing I think they could do better or change is the price.

Perfectly. The service man was so friendly and took great care of us. I honestly couldn't give a better recommendation. The company before Adam's didn't see the hole, and was just continuing to bait the mice and it was just an ongoing problem. Adam's stopped the cause of the problem and I will never go back to another company again!

I got a package, they were supposed to come out in the spring and fall. They never reached out to me for the fall deadline so I have to call them. The price was fine, I don't know why they haven't done the fall, I bought a package. The fall is not being done. I want them to complete what they started.

Honest and full of integrity! I would recommend and use above any other company! I had quotes from other companies who were not as honest!

They did work two different times. The first time was for general pest control (field mice). At that time, they offered me a year long contract that if I paid upfront, I would get a 5% discount. I gave the guy my credit card information and thought I was signed up for that. I then had them come out to help me get rid of bats. I received a bill for just the service I had done previously the day before the supervisor came to install the bat cones. When I asked why I received the individual bill and had not been billed the larger amount, he let me know that the first guy denied he had taken my credit cared information. I hope he shredded the information instead of just letting it blow away in the breeze to be used by someone. For the bat removal, he told me he would call and check with me in a couple weeks, but in his report he put down that I would be calling them. shame on me for not reading that comment closely and listening to what he said instead. I got a bill before they had completed the work they said they would do. I will not use them again.

The tech came right on time and was very friendly. He inspected the foundation outside and in the basement and fixed/filled any holes that he found. Would hire again.

We had the Adam's pest control company come out for an estimate on taking care of the bats in our house. First the representative said we didn't have bats , rather birds and we'd need someone else to come and replace fascia that blew off the roof. My husband doubted this saying we have bats in our house and we can hear them in the walls, so the representative took a look in our attic and because he climbed up to the attic he said I'll have to charge you for the inspection but will take it off the final price if you use us. Cost for inspection is 118.00 plus tax coming to 128.25. He was at our home a total of about 20 minutes. After looking in the attic and changing his diagnosis and saying that we did have bats, he estimated a price saying, "the lowest price I'll go is $3,000" . Without any prompting from us he said a few seconds later, "Okay, I can go as low as $2800 but that is the lowest I can go . " We thought this was extremely high and had a somewhat untrustworthy feeling about the Adam's pest control employee's analysis and demeanor. I then went to Angie's list and found the another company that only does bats and had good reviews . This man quoted us approximately $ 750 over the phone contingent on what he found when he came out to see the house , with the understanding that if he found evidence of bats he would also do the work on the same day he came out. In the end, he came out on the appointed day, verified we had bats , and did the same work that the Adam's pest control service provider said he would do. He also had the same warranty ( will come to recheck ) and replaced the fascia for FREE! He worked on our house about 4-5 hours and did NOT charge any 'inspection fee' and charged us $750.00.

Showed up on time, very friendly, listened to all my questions and concerns, answered my questions and explained the process thoroughly, very professional.

When we called them, they came in sprayed outside walls and room which had problem. It was for ants. The gentleman that came out was really nice.I will surely recommend them, They did a good job.

They knew what they were doing. I would recommend them to anyone who has a problem because our problem has been completely solved. If we had any occurrence I would first call them.

It was good. They were very professional and did a good job. They ended up taking care of the issue. For price, they were right in line with everyone else I called. If we'll have the same issue again, I'd give them a callback.

I can't say enough good things about my experiences with this company. They are always prompt, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. I've had the same technician, Frank, since I moved to my current home three years ago. He is great with my two unruly dogs and my cat and is super friendly. One time while he was there I was working on reassembling a large picture frame. It was not going well, as it was really a two-person job. He saw me struggling with it and offered to help me when he was done spraying. He stayed for a good 15 minutes past when he had finished his work just to help me with the frame! Several years ago in my previous house, I came home one Friday evening at about 6PM to find hundreds of ants lining the wall of my kitchen. My boyfriend was out of town and I did the stereotypically girly thing and screamed and ran out of the kitchen. I did NOT want to deal with that many ants myself, but then I remembered that as part of the preventative maintenance plan, Adams will come out to deal with any pest issues you have between visits free of charge. I called, fully expecting that nobody would be able to come until Monday, seeing as it was already after 6 on a Friday, but they were able to have someone stop by on their way home from their last job of the day to take care of it for me right away! The guy who came did a great job cleaning up the ants that were there, put down some treatments to keep me from getting more ants, and gave me some suggestions on trimming some bushes that were adjacent to the house right outside the kitchen window. I tried to offer him $20 for going out of his way when he was supposed to be done with work and home for the day but he refused and said he was just happy to help! All in all, I highly recommend this company. I know they have been growing like crazy lately so it's possible that it may take a bit longer to get scheduled for non-emergency service than it normally would, but in my experience it would definitely be worth the wait.

Talked to a customer service representative who was very helpful in making an appointment to have a technician come out and assess the wasp problem we were having in our house. The technician arrived a couple of hours earlier than expected which worked out great. He located the hole between the window and siding where he thought that the wasp nest would treated it with a powder pesticide. Started out with two dozen wasps per day and down to two as of yesterday so it must have worked.

The exclusion went well. We could not be there on the date selected because we were out of town but Derek and another came and did the work as promised. When we returned the following week I called to request Derek come out and explain exactly what was done. This was scheduled for the following Thursday but was rescheduled for a week later because of heavy rain. Derek arrived as scheduled and did a thorough job of explanation. Before he left I handed him the check for the estimate visit and told him I had not received a bill for the work and I would also like a copy of the contract. He said he would take care of that. The check was cashed the next week, but no contract copy or bill arrived. A bill did arrive on August 2 and it included a finance charge. I called on the next Monday to find out why the finance charge was there, why the overall bill was so high (more than I remembered it should be), why had I not received a copy of the contract as requested, and why I did not receive a first bill. The employee stated the finance should not have happened and said it would be removed. She also found that they had not done the billing correctly as the on site estimate bill was added - and it had already been billed and paid. She told me the correct amount to pay and I sent the check the next day. It was cashed two days later. Then I received a bill for a past due amount on August 11. I called to find out why I and this. i was told I should not have received anything as my account balance was zero. I explained I had a letter and a copy of an accounts receivable page in my had that stated I still owed them money. She told me I could throw those away as they were mistakenly sent. I can give the organization an A for the work done but only a D for the billing aspect.

I think that they are very good. We are on a wetland and we do have pests and so they treat the house inside and out for all different kinds of pests. Not just insects but rodents, raccoon's and all kind of stuff. If they say they are going to be there, they are there and they work around my schedule. They are pretty much punctual.

We were able to get very quick service. we are very happy with his professionalism, education, support and would call them again for any pest problems.

We've been working with Adam's since Feb 2014. Earl has been out twice alone, once with his supervisor and then the fourth visit was the supervisor alone. They're great to work with, but they never found where the mice are coming in. We're now mid-July and still have mice. We requested a refund on June 30, and Crystal assured us a refund check would be forthcoming. We still don't have our money back but we are still trapping mice. At first we were told the 6 month guarantee is only that they will continue to come out and set traps. We were finally promised a refund but have not yet received it. They were not able to find the mouse entrance. Interestingly, we've been seeing their commericals that does guarantee their work.

The Tech was actually early, and provided a great service. I was home when he came, so I was able to talk with him a bit outside and show him the problem areas, and ask a few questions. It has been over a week since the treatment and it worked very well, I saw noticeably less ants within a day or two. I would recommend them and will be using them again in the future if needed!

Walked around the outside of the house and found one hole that he filled. Did a quick walk through of the basement, where I had found a dead mouse and set out a couple bait stations. There was something just a little off-putting about the guy who came out. He assumed that since the house was mostly well sealed on the outside that "my husband must have done it" (nope) and spent a lot of time talking about mice coming into houses to have a lot of babies.

recommended waiting until this summer to spray and it would be more effective then vs fall when they were all getting ready to die anyway.

Frank from Adam's Pest Control came - right on time (actually early!) to start his work. He explained things very well -- what to look for, why I had the problem I had, how he was going to treat the problem, and what I had been doing wrong earlier. I signed up for the 2 times a year visit since he was so thorough. So far, no other ants in the house (and I was having lots!). I was very pleased with the process.

They were very prompt in getting back to my request for an estimate. They were able to do the estimate and scheduling via email, which is my preferred contact method. We were able to get it scheduled within a week of their first contact and treated the ants. Only time will tell how the treatment itself worked.
