Description of Work: Sprayed both interior and exterior for spiders, explained how product worked, also their effort to use less potent products first out of consideration for pets and humans inhabiting space. Technician was delayed, but called to explain and reschedule later in the afternoon.

Description of Work: They did a nice job with my "ant" problem. The service guy, "Fritz", was very professional. I was concerned because I have 3 cats, and did not not want them exposed to anything harmful. He assured me the products they use are ok for pets and children. Since his visit, I have not seen any further ants or bugs.

Description of Work: When I saw a hole in our garden, I thought we had some sort of burrowing critter and called Adams to find out. We were told it would be $49 + tax for the visit. Even though the hole turned out to be what was once a rabbit nest, Frank the technician inspected our entire yard and pronounced it vole-, mole-, squirrel-, and chipmunk-free. I appreciated his thoroughness and would call this company again.

Description of Work: Got rid of an infestation of flying black ants--haven't seen any of those since.

Description of Work: I could have swore that I had an infestation of bed bugs. I found a bug on my sisters mattress, 3 smaller nymph looking bugs on her clothes, and what I thought to be an egg (looks like rice). I kept all of the "evidence" enclosed in scotch tape for Adam's to look at. (Short side story, I also had put a few pieces of lint in the tape as I was doing my search, and since I wasn't there when they came to inspect (my wife was) I think they & my wife thought i was crazy because I was seeing lint as bugs...) But they did a thorough inspection and looked at the bugs (the real ones) and gave us their assessment. At this point, they could have said just about anything and I would have paid them a thousand dollars to treat the place. But instead they suggested that we did not have an infestation, and that we could do a little self cleaning if we liked for peace of mind, but recommended not using their service. |I really appreciated the level of professionalism they displayed & being willing to walk from someone like me who would have been more than willing to pay them, because it was the right thing to do. |Thanks & if we ever do have a problem I know who I am going to call.

Description of Work: I've been using Adam's since late summer 2014 and so far things have been good. Earl is my serviceman and is always on time and very cordial and professional. I'm anxious to see how the service/product works over the next summer season with spiders, ants and mice. We also have mole issues but those are a bit harder to eradicate so I might keep using my wildlife control for that.

Description of Work: Had evidence of a mouse. They came...set traps and sealed a hole in the foundation. They provide a 6-month guarantee if we were to have additional problems with the mice.

Description of Work: Purpose was to locate mice entrance(s) to basement. I selected Adams because initial phone call with them was very good and price was very good and lower than other pest companies I had contacted. All was good with Adams Pest except for two things: |1) the Adams employee came to my house three times b4 all entrances to basement were found and mice in basement stopped (or seem to have stopped so far anyway). I think it should have been stated on first call, that it might take more than one trip to locate entrances, so I would know one trip may not be enough. |2) I have a deck in back of my house. It is a deck high enough that one can crawl under it. Adams Pest won't crawl under decks -- I had to remove about a dozen deck boards for them. I didn't care too much because some boards needed replacing anyway, but I would have cared a lot if boards were newer because removing them damaged a lot of them. I called several other pest companies to see if they crawled under decks, and decks were no problem for them. I think Adams should have said on the initial phone call that if I have a deck, they will not crawl under it.

Description of Work: They came out once and took care of the problem. I can't remember the exact cost, but it was reasonable and they did a great job!

Description of Work: Did an inspection for mice due to an inspector "thinking" he saw tracks in the attic. He checked the whole house inside and out. Did not find any evidence but suggested to appease the new owners-put out traps and this gives them a 6 month warranty. Good advise!! Worth $200 on my end

Description of Work: They were very efficient. The man who came to my house, Danny, I think, was a professional. He was informative and quick. The only negative aspect was the service was supposed to be a week and it feels like I had the traps set for only 4 days. They set them on Monday at 3-3:30pm and picked them up on Friday at about 11am. They did check them every day, twice on Tuesday. I still have a red squirrel under the deck and maybe another day wouldnt have made a difference, but maybe. I would call them again if I needed their services.

Description of Work: Ryan came out to address a problem we had with carpenter ants. The ants came back after about a month, and he immediately came out for a re-application. We have not had any problems since then. We were very satisfied.
