Description of Work: Removal of a bat and a quick walk through to show me entry points on my house. I had service by a man named Frank. Super helpful and knowledge. I would use this company again.

Description of Work: They sealed any openings, left mouse traps. No mice for over 18 months.

Description of Work: Spider and rodent... Didn't do correctly. Asked to have bats removed and he never got back to me and was very unproffessional!

Description of Work: We were very thankful they came when we were desperate & then back again because it was raining out. And it worked great so would use again if in a pinch or can't find another provider for less. It just seems high priced for what you get but haven't looked elsewhere.

Description of Work: They came out quickly & did an inspection for bedbugs. They quoted a price that was competitive. | The only downside was that they couldn't schedule the bug removal for 2 wks. But we were lucky &they had an opening 10 days later.

Description of Work: They dropped off traps and never heard from them again. I called but still no one came out to check traps or follow up

Description of Work: We had a bee nest in our house between the cement block and our siding. After trying to get rid of the bees ourselves with no luck I calld Adams. They came out within 48 hours and sprayed the bees. By the next day they were gone. The exterminator was running late so he called me to let me know. Very good customer service.

Description of Work: Bed bug problem - after travel. They did a great job. The employees were courteous, prompt and professionals. Did the job in the time limit they set, helped me move some things. The price is on the high side, at least for me, but was worth my sleepless nights. Appreciate their service

Description of Work: We needed a woodchuck removed that was digging in at least 3 yards. The technician, Fritz, came to our home and also spoke with one of our neighbors and visited the third yard as well to get an understanding of what was going on. He recommended a live trap at one of the burrow sites and checked on it daily, adjusting the environment in order to get the critter to walk through the trap. A few days later "Woody" was caught and relocated to a rural area. We really appreciated Fritz's knowledge and ability to communicate with all of us. So happy the the excellent result.

Description of Work: Booked appointment on Angieslist. Exchanged several emails about details. The rep who came out was 2 hours late and I did not receive any notice or phone call letting me know. Rep seemed knowledgable. He did a walk through of my attic and outside of home as we reported a "critter" noise in attic. Rep said only minimal signs that mice had been up in attic and no bug pests or other critters to worry about.

Description of Work: Carpenter ants invaded our lower level bedroom. Adam's sent someone the next day and spraying inside held them at bay. It was raining, so he came back to spray outside around the foundation. No more creepy crawlies.
