Sprayed kitchen and 2 ft wide band around exterior at groundlevel. Placed bait cans in kitchen and nearby 1/2 bath. Ants disappeared after about 5 days which is normal. However 3 weeks later had a swarm of winged ants under garbage cans near garage door. Called Adam and tech responded very promptly and resprayed the entire exterior perimeter. No more ants seen at 30days therefore so far so good. Their technician insisted only carpenter ants had wings. Most other ants also have wings so that is not a defining characteristic for a carpenter.

Adam's Pest Control was fabulous to work with. They completely eradicated my bed bug problem with one heat treatment. Everyone was extremely responsive and helpful - it's a terrible thing to go through and they seemed to realize that. I cannot emphasize how helpful and responsive they were throughout the process. I highly recommend them if you have bed bugs.

We've had our initial consultation and spraying, and have been very happy with the company from the start. The lady who answered our call was VERY friendly and helpful, and it was easy to schedule an appointment. The list of pests that are covered under our contract was very comprehensive. We had to call them back to spray after their initial consultation, as ants had been trapped in our house. They promptly came back, free of charge, and addressed the problem. No problems since then. We feel that the cost is very reasonable with great service.

It went very good. He was a nice guy. The traps have held up very nice. I don't know if there are cheaper guys out there or not; that would be my only reservation on using them again.

The last service was just done yesterday and I walked downstairs to see a millipede walking across the floor, then came back upstairs and see a box elder bug inside the front door. We also asked the technician to check for mice entry points and he couldn't find any - yet we had 2 mice that I caught in traps in my kitchen less than 2 weeks after their last treatment in late summer/early fall. During the summer, I had a bees nest in my garage and had to have the technician come back out a second time to get rid of it as the first treatment only seemed to irritate them. The tech was very unfriendly on the return and was in a big hurry to get in/out. When we called to complain about box elder bugs in the late summer we were blown off on the phone and told that they couldn't help us because it wasn't our scheduled time. They said they needed to take care of it on their next appt which was late fall. Well guess what, it was then cold outside so they couldn't treat the outside anymore for the year, so we are stuck with box elder bugs in our house all winter. Yay! Poorest customer service I have ever seen. Would not recommend to anyone and we will go elsewhere for next year, even if I have to pay more money. Do not sign up for the yearly service as they do a great job the first time and then get very sloppy on subsequent visits. So much for the "guarantee" that they tout on TV - don't believe it. Run the other way!

Great..they were very through and kind

After initially planning to work with Adams on my bat removal, I did a little more reading about bats. I was concerned about the clean up that goes with bat removal. I asked the Adams rep about clean up options. They do not offer this service, nor do they have anyone that they could refer me to so that the cleanup could get done. I found another service provider that does both bat removal and offers potential clean up if needed. They cost me a little more, but I had to cancel the service with Adams and go with my other provider. I still used Adams for the animal trapping. I was billed $150 for the animal trapping. I sent them a check for $31, and thought the matter was closed (as I had already paid the $119 inspection fee). After many phone calls and many months, Adams still believes I owe them the full $150, because I cancelled the bat services. I have offered to pay half of the $119 (as there were two inspections), but this was also rejected. They have since turned my amount over to a collection agency. I would not recommend working with this service. There are plenty of other qualified organizations out there that do not require an upfront payment.

Local provider arrived promptly and was responsive to our needs for an indoor rodent issue. They explained exactly what was going to be done and how they would do it. They scheduled a follow-up appointment as well. The issue was successfully resolved.

Poor service and I did not get what I was told I would get. I was suppose to get the issue with mice and bugs taken care of on this visit. When the guy shows up he said he only had an order for mice. I called the office and they changed their story of what I was getting for almost $300. I should of not allowed any work to proceed was my mistake. I still had mice and I figured it out on my own. I complained to the corporate office; it took a very long time for a response. Then I get a call from the tech's supervisor. He was so unprofessional. He has no problem-solving or people skills. After I wrote a bad review I got a call from the manager's secretary two days before Thanksgiving wanting to come over. Too much too late. By the way the date of service was Aug 2016. Don't use this company.

He removed the nest, then checked the rest of the roof and around our sheds for any additional nests. He also made sure to point out that as the wasps die, they can still sting you if you step on them, so to make sure our kids were wearing shoes in the yard for a few weeks.

We typically have Adam's out as the seasons change and in the past they have been able to resolve any issues we were having. This time, we are continuing to have issues after we had them out so I called to have someone come back because they guarantee their work. The problem is that they have to have the same technician come out so they have to schedule around their schedule, not yours and they don't do Saturday appointments. I tried to request a new technician so that we could get someone sooner, and when I was available to be home, but was told they would not do that. It could only be the same technician accompanied by a supervisor if there was a problem with the technician. The woman said I could get a different technician if the second visit didn't resolve the problem. So what was something that should have been resolved in one visit, has now turned into 3 potential visits at their convenience. The cost of their services are also quite high but we had luck with them so continued to pay each season for their services. Now we're wondering why we continue to shell out high dollar checks to a company that can't accommodate a basic request. If they can't resolve a problem on the first shot and aren't willing to be flexible to get it fixed, they're not worth the money, in my opinion. Also: they charge by square footage of your home but do not service the entire home. They only did the exterior and basement so using square footage of the entire home seemed a bit silly.

It went well, my only complaint is he rexommended filling certain holes in the exterior of the house with foam but did not do it himself - I was under the impression that's why I was paying close to $300.

Objective achieved. Will use them again.

Appointment was made, technician was punctual and took care of 4 townhomes in a matter of hours. He was very professional, friendly, educational and very informative about pest control. He inspected the perimeter of our building and found several areas that needed to be attended too. When he was done I felt very confident that everything was good. Thank you.

Adam's did a complete inspection of the entire house, inside and out. He found the holes where the mice were getting into the house and blocked them. The fee was more than the major extermination companies, but well worth it, as Adam's actually solved the problem.

The technician was on his knees looking around my house for holes. He did a great job reassuring me and he did a fantastic job. He immediately let me know about a cement issue that could lead to pest issues. He made me very comfortable about the situation.

Abolished all bugs from my residence.

Excellent call handling on initial request. Exterminator was prompt, and very thorough. Determined problem and treated as needed, with clear information on what we might expect in the future. Offered to re-treat for no additional charge if necessary. Very satisfied! (this is one month later - no sign of the bugs.)

Tech was very helpful and job completed

We made an appointment for a Friday, they called the day of and said their technician called in sick so they rescheduled us for 4:30 on Tuesday. Then they called and left another message saying they moved the appt to 2pm. I thought it was rude to just keep telling me and not asking me but once the tech got here he was very friendly and informative.

We had a squirrel in the house yesterday and I called Adam's to come remove it. They told me their "emergency" service was $450 and was a 5 day process, so they had to start on a Monday. They had no one available to come, so I'd have to wait to start the process until next Monday. So we are supposed to live with this squirrel for a week??? I said no thanks and called A All Animal Control instead. Owner Scott Buzby called me back within 10 minutes, and was at our house within 30 minutes. Before setting the trap he said it may take a few days before the squirrel will enter the trap, but assured me he would return to check it. This was not necessary as he trapped the squirrel right away. He charged me half of what Adam's quoted me.
