Mike Nesheim went up in the crawl space, checked everything out, and said that there was not a problem. He left without charging me a penny. He was so honest, and I really appreciate it.

They were on time, and very friendly. They had really good suggestions that I still follow. And most importantly, they didn't pressure me into anything. They were very factual, and didn't try to get me to do anything that wasn't necessarily needed.

I had them out on initial visit. I paid them a little extra, so I thought that took care of everything in the next visit as well. Turns out I had to pay $200 every quarter that they came. They were not clear on the price when I signed a contract for a year. I thought I had gotten out of the contract because the were not clear but they kept coming back and kept charging me $200 each time. Finally I blew my top and had words with the owner to stop the service.
Description of Work: They killed wasps, sprayed house for bugs & sprayed lawn for ants.

The experience with Brian (our technician) over the past year has been great. He is very courteous, professional and will listen to the problems I have noticed and take care of them. Our pests indoor and outdoors are virtually non-existent (box elder, Asian beetles, wasps and ants). It is nice not to have to break out the vacuum on a daily basis to suck up the Asian beetles. They have also honored the agreement and treated for pests in between visits.
Description of Work: Adam's Premier Home Pest control (quarterly visits). Spray outside of the home three times and inside once. Will come back in between visits if you notice any pests and treat for them.

The technician arrived about a half hour late. He walked around the house and found one possible area of entry and filled it. He then came into the house and set three traps with bait. After four months, the mice were still present and none were caught or found dead and I called the company to come back out under their guarantee. The technician came out, examined the traps and noted they had only been nibbled on. No further work was done at that time. Now, it is four months later and the mice are still present. I called the company and they refused to come back out under the warranty.
Description of Work: Came out to determine areas where mice were coming into the house, spent about thirty minutes and set several traps with bait.

Did a very good job of explaining over the phone what would be done on the initial visit. Also explained what would be done on the quarterly visits. The initial visit has been completed. The person who came explained everything he was doing. He was very courteous and professional.

They couldn't do the work as quickly as I would have liked, but did fit the job in within four days (we were worried about the size of the hole the wasps had created). Leo is punctual and very knowledgeable and informative.

Technician seemed pretty knowledgeable about the life cycle of the target insects and how to most effectively eradicate them. Treatment was very effective, reducing sightings by 99% versus the untreated previous winter season.

It did not go well overall because they did not show up to perform the work. I had planned on using them quarterly year round, they just lost a customer.
Description of Work: No work was performed. I had an appt scheduled at 9am on a weekday, I was missing work for the appt. They had told me they would be there for about an hour. At 9:15 when they hadn't shown up, I called the main number and they looked for the tech. He was being held up at another house and would be here in about 10 minutes. By 9:35 when he still hadn't shown up, I had to leave for work because I didn't have time to be at the house for another hour once they showed up so I called to cancel the appt. On my way out the door at 9:45, the tech showed up at my door to apologize (which was very nice) but then to recommend two other companies that would be punctual but would "over charge me". Not impressed at all with the comments. Customer service goes a long way, had I received a phone call saying they would be late, things might have been different. But now I'll "overpay" as the tech stated just to get somebody to show up when they say they will.

Current technicians Leo Karst and Eric Sauber do a great job treating my home. I prefer to have the inside and out sprayed quarter they accommodate my request even with the interior not needing quarterly servicing. Unwanted critters no longer linger at my residence! Adam's recently changed set appointment procedure, a vast improvement from the past. I have used Adam s for the past 10 years with a 2-year hiatus.

This company was very responsive to our quest to eliminate the mice from our home. My phone call was immediately returned and a visit scheduled within two days. The person who came to the house was very knowledgeable and friendly and managed to examine the house to see where the mice were most likely getting in and provide suggestions on how to block this portal.

Called and spoke with a technician. I have neighbors that were on the quarterly plan and wanted to get on the same one for the same price. The technician was very rude and said that there was no way our neighbors were only paying the price they had told me. He finally looked up their records and found that yes, they were paying that amount and he could put us on the same program if we wanted. He said we would need an additional initial spraying, which we'd need to pay extra for, and then they'd need to come back in a month to start the program. I asked why this was necessary and he couldn't seem to come up with a reason. He was difficult and crabby throughout the entire phone call. I did not hire them.

Sales representative uninterested. Maybe they have all the business they can handle from referrals from this site. I called them first because they are near my home, but I got better service and price from the national company.
Description of Work: First called in August about yellow jackets nesting between deck surface and underdecking. Sales representative didn't seem too eager for my business. Called again in September when problem seemed worse, along with box elder bugs, got same uninterested person again, still not eager for new business apparently. Called another company, national, phone representative was very helpful, had someone out in two days to take care of both problems for a reasonable price.

I am waiting for Adam's Pest Control to return to re-patch an entrance where mice are entering my house. The service is guaranteed for up to 6 months so there has been no additional charge. This will be their second return visit for the same area of concern. Again, this company was 90 minutes late for their appointment.
