When I rented a house and discovered carpenter ants, my landlord called Adam's. The employee arrived on schedule and explained to me where he would spray poison and how it would work. He also left a sheet with more information about carpenter ants and what to expect in the coming two weeks. When the ants weren't gone after about 10 days, he came out again, no problem, and reapplied the poison. In the next couple of days all the ants died. The first visit cost $200, which my landlord paid, but I signed myself up for ongoing quarterly $99 visits to keep spiders, centipedes, and box elder bugs at bay, and transferred that contract to the house I bought several months later. Not having to contend with creeping things has really improved my quality of life!--well worth the money. I wish I'd known years ago how affordable insect control was (Adam's also has an option for two $99 semi-annual treatments). I've been very satisfied with this company's service, professionalism, and punctuality.

They always call in advance to schedule, have the benefit of recurring payment/service plans (so our treatments don't accidentally lapse if I don't have it at the top of my mind!) and allow us to either choose to be home (inside) or not (outside only) service. They do a good job and they keep the insects at bay. They sprayed for asian beetles and box elder bugs.

They spray inside and/or around my home. They address issues as they arise, not always completing the same spraying service each visit. I had an issue with wasps, which I did have to call them about. They were at my home within 24 hours. This has been the case ever sense, as they are very responsive. I have been very happy with them.

I have used them for years and have been very happy with them. I have not compared their prices with other providers. I would rate them highly and would continue to use them in the future.

It's gone well. They always take time to answer questions. They are flexible about service dates if I need inside service. They are very knowledgeable about their work and their products.

I was very pleased when I called Adam's Pest Control as they were able to come out the next day. They were also able to quote a price for treating the hornet's nest over the phone. Herman, the service man, was about 15 minutes late. But he was courteous enough to call about 5 minutes before our appointment to tell me this, so all in all, things worked out well. Herman was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained the process for exterminating the hornets. He sprayed up into the nest with ant killer, which he says also works well on hornets. He advised that after two or three days, we should take a long pole and tap the nest. If nothing flies out, then it is safe to remove. He also provided pointers on the best way to get the nest down since it appeared to be wound around a limb of the tree. I was pleased to find out that Herman also took a look around the entire home exterior for any other types of infestation. It was also nice to learn that the treatment he performed today has a one-year guarantee. I was pleased with the quick response, the reasonable price, and the time Herman took to explain the process to me. I would recommend Adam's Pest Control to anyone.

I had used a fogger for more than 24 hours and they just kept coming. When I called Adams, I expected to schedule an appointment. Instead they connected me with a customer service rep. He talked to me extensively and knowledgeably about my problem. He suggested that I should call a chimney sweep to check for dead animals in the chimney. Then he gave me detailed instructions for using the store-bought fogger. I was surprised that he was willing to give me so much information and spend so much time with me on the phone, rather than make some money off a visit. I left me with a good impression of this company.

Five or six years ago I had some construction work done and after that I had an issue with the ants coming into the house during the winter when it was pretty unpleasant. So I kept up this system with them coming twice a year because it seems to prevent us having the issue. The technicians are very courteous. They are very responsive. Sometimes we don’t have to deal with them. They just call you and say that such and such technician will be at your house, just to let you know and you don’t have to necessarily interact with them if it is just the standard spraying. But they would go over the things with you if need be. Again, I don’t have to be here when they come. I will continue using them in the future.

They provide excellent service and we have had nothing but good experiences with them. There are times when they will go beyond the call of duty. The technician is matched to you so you are treated as his customer; I have had the same person for a year and a half. With my previous service I got a new person every time and I didn’t like that because these people have to look in every corner of my house. I think their billing is very fair and they are always very prompt. You get automatically scheduled and they call you a few weeks ahead of time to remind you of the service.

They are excellent. They spray both inside and outside. They explain things very well. I would rate them high overall and would continue to use them in the future.

It's not a local company. There is nothing, in particular, that I like. They did their job. I will use them in the future.

The service man came on time and looked for entry points for the mice. He found where they were getting in and put a poison bate trap at that spot. He also plugged up the hole the best he could considering the weather.He put snap traps in the furnace room and I have caught about 5 mice since, but feel that we have things more under control. He said he would come back in the spring and be sure the opening is sealed more securely. I was very pleased with the service.

When I made the initial call I spoke to a sales person (don't remember the name). He wasn't very personable and didn't really help me much. He redirected me to Nathan. I received a call the next day. Nathan was very knowledgable and informative. He then had another technician come out, Randy, who did the work. The technicians were very thorough and honest. They made their recommendation based on what they found but I chose to use an alternative. I was very please with the excellent service and job that was done. Randy was the main technician and couldn't have done better. He was professional, courteous, and hard working. The job was done very well and very efficient. I would be confident with having other services from this company.

We live on a lake. So there were a lot of little worms and stuff that used to be present in our home. We had mice and silver fish problems. There was a huge beehive that had to be knocked off from the ceiling. So we called them and since then we have no mice, no bees and they even helped us with the bugs and Asian beetles. We don’t have any more spiders. They will come back and retreat if something happened in between their usual 4 visits for no extra cost. They do a good job. We went with them originally because their price was less than somebody else.

While Adams Pest was quick in responding to my call, that's about all I can say. They advertise for critter control (catching and removing squirrels from my attic as well as mouse control),. They were punctual and set traps for the squirrels/mice but informed me once they got here that they do not get on the roof to look for entrance places and do not make repairs to the affected areas. It doesn't do any good to catch/remove existing pests if the openings are still available for more to enter. I did pay for setting traps in the attic, but removed the dead squirrel from the trap myself. When I called and asked them to come and reset the trap; the service person was too busy. I have hired another "wildlife animal control" company. They are catching squirrels, removing them, visiting daily and will fix all entry places allowing squirrels or mice once they have trapped all of the current residents. The rate for the new company is double Adam's rate (possibly higher depending on how many squirrels they catch) but will definately be worth it to stop the critters........has a 4 year guarantee too. I believe Adams Pest control is a fine company for pests.......bees, ants, and insects, but should not be advertising for squirrels if they are not will to do the repair work to truly remedy the problem.

They just recently started sending out a new technician because our old one just took extended leave to be with his wife who just had their first baby, which I admire and respect. I have always been satisfied with them. They are staying with us for probably as long as we live here.

It does reduce the bugs and crickets in the house, so I would say their treatment is fine. They call ahead of time to let us know that they are coming. They are very punctual and come when they say they will.

They are excellent. They are very thorough and take care of any bug problems that we have. We live out in a country setting and so we sometimes get mice when the weather starts to get cold, and they are very good about eradicating them.
