+ -1 moreWe found a single mouse in our basement late last fall and thought we had found the hole it entered. When we caught another mouse three weeks ago in the same area, we called Adam's. Earl just left after a very complete inspection of the house. He found two probable entry holes in the foundation of the house and sealed those outside and inside the house. He examined the entire exterior of the house for holes and gave advice on sealing up open areas in our cinder block. He also placed a trap in the area the mice were found and gave instructions on how to use it. Earl was friendly, professional and thorough. I would highly recommend him and Adam's.

+ -1 moreI called to set up the appt. They were great about giving me dates and options that worked with my schedule. The tech even called that morning to let me know they would be a few minutes late. I researched other terminators but appreciated their reviews so that is why I called the initially. Randy (the tech) was here about 15 minutes but we went through every layer of my bedroom furniture together and he was showing me what to look for if I thought we had bed bugs. He was patient and understanding answer all my concerns and questions. He thoroughly checked two bedrooms, from the bedding, mattress, mattress pad, box spring, floor, headboard, floor, closets, etc. He gave me advice on where to get products in the future when I travel. Great experience from start to finish!
Description of Work: Had a great experience with Adam's Pest Control. I had a bed bug scare and wanted to ensure they were not in my house. Their staff were great to work with. The technician was thorough and willing to take time to show me signs to look for in my house. They also recommended products I can use in the future when I travel. They were friendly, courteous and helpful. I was willing shocked to learn they wouldn't charge me for this service. I would use them in the future and will definitely refer them to my friends.

+ 0 moreWe live in Minnesota and have a marsh in our back yard. The mice are bad so we have used Adam's for the six years that we have been here. We have not had mice. We also get box felder bugs in the summer. They treat for them and spiders also. They have been great. If I have a mouse in the house or any issue I can call them and they will come out the same day. I want only the best working in my house.
Description of Work: Adam's Pest Control comes out three to four times a year. They leave bait traps around the permitter of the house. They also treat for spiders and bugs.

They were very friendly and gave me way too much information about mice. I hope I don't have to use them again but if I need to I will. They're just excellent.

+ -1 moreWhile Adam's has very friendly and punctual staff, the quality of their work was lacking. I will not be hiring them again as I have caught six mice, not even one year after their visit. Disappointed customer.
Description of Work: I hired Adam's pest control last spring to get rid of our mice problem. I was under the impression they would be searching the home to fill any holes the mice may be using to enter the location as well as exterminating the mice on the property. The service person showed up on time and was very friendly. Unfortunately, the quality of the visit was lacking. He spent a total of 30 min inspecting our 1500 sq ft foundation, never went on the roof or in the attic, and I didn't see him fill a single hole. He set a total of four poison traps and left. I could have done this myself for a lot less than $200-$300. I also didn't like the idea of poison traps, because I didn't want to find dead mice around the house, so I went out and bought sticky traps to put at the entry points of the poison traps and ended up catching two mice! I caught the first mouse about a week after Adams had come out. The service provider stated that the mouse was probably already in the home, and to just wait it out. After 3 weeks, I caught another mouse. I called again, and the service provider said the same thing. Come fall, I have already caught four mice, which makes me believe I wasted my money. I will not be hiring Adams Pest Control again.
