MILLER'S ROOFING & SIDING

The project was finished on time. We are completely satisfied with the results.

These guys arrived at 7 AM and cleared our patio furniture out of the way, put protective board around the house to prevent anything from hitting the house, finished roof on the house and roof on the shed completely in one day! Quite a crew! They had a magnetic roller that went over the entire area after they were done to pick up any nails that missed or bounced off their tarps for catching old roofing as it was removed. We had Miller out to do our roof at another residence about 15 years ago and I was so impressed with their efficiency that I knew we would use them again someday.

When repairing the roof over the patio they didn't even measure the distance between the board and it was crooked. My husband had to show them the problem. They fixed that but must have reused the same shingles over again, so we had leaks all over the patio. Again they didn't return our calls.

Miller Roofing's Professional has some issues... Roof was completed fall of 2011. #1 Damage (dents) to my soffits has not corrected yet June 2012. #2 There is some flashing on the east side that was installed incorrectly and has not been fixed either. #3 The extra shingles that I was suppose to keep had got thrown away...they said they would bring me some more but nothing has shown up either as of June 2012. #4 I was not satisfied on how the final trim was installed on the Sky lights either. Note: I suggest to look the work over carefully after completion of the job do not pay till you are totally satisfied with the job. The punch list has not been completed here and hopefully this will get them to come back as I have heard they will follow up after something like this is po

The price of the roof was the cheapest bid from 3 different roofers. The day of the install went well. The next spring i lost a shingle. I called Miller and within a week they came out to fix it. The roofer wasnt sure why it came off. Fall of that year lost another shingle. each time i talked directly to Brady miller he had said he couldnt figure it out. For the next 5 years I have lost a shingle or two at least twice a year. Its getting very old and stressful. Sometimes it takes weeks of calling Miller to get them out here, in the mean time rainfalls in between. 99% of the defective roof is on one side of the house. I have some options to persue, this is the beginning.
