Description of Work: Hired the Corey to hang and tape sheetrock in a remodel. He did some of the work and took half payment and then would not return my calls.

+ -1 moreHis overall knowledge of hanging sheetrock and taping correctly was very poor. I had to have him redue some of the sheetrock he hung because it was not done correctly. The seams were not on the studds, big holes in the sheetrock and it wasn't screwed correctly. The taping when he was done you could see most of the seems and the tape in some areas were not covered with mud so they showed. Overall it look like a homeowner with no knowledge did the job. I would never hire him again.
Description of Work: He installed the sheetrock, taped and did a knocked dowm ceiling for me in a bathroom..

+ -1 moreI called Norcutt Drywall to come out and bid on a project to scrape two popcorn ceilings and finish them in a flat finish, sheetrock our basement ceiling and sheetrock our bathroom. Corey, the owner came out to do the bid. Corey was on time for our appointment and was extremely helpful in answering my questions on the process he would use to scrape the ceilings and finish them. Corey provided the bid on the spot and it was right in line with the other bids we received and seemed very reasonable. I would consider hiring Corey for our project. At this time we are trying to finish some other projects that we have started and plan to complete this project in the summer.
Description of Work: We did not have any work done by Norcutt Drywall.
