Description of Work: We were going to give up on our carpets and replace them, there were so many stains an high traffic areas that wouldn't come out with a Rug Doctor. We thought maybe hiring a professional cleaner would get better results. I walked in the door after work that day and was amazed! Our carpets looked new! They got out every stain except for a couple of red kool-aid stains. (and there were a lot of stains!) My son was there and said that they were very polite and conscientious. My only misgiving - I wish we had asked about stain protection afterward. Now when we spill and try to clean it up it seems that the stains are harder to get out than before. I'm guessing the stainmaster or whatever protective chemicals were originally were on the carpet were removed.
