+ -1 moreHe gave options as to how he could fix my laptop but since I had just purchased this and the warranty was still in effect, I paid for his services which I felt was reasonable for the time he spent working on my laptop and returned the laptop to where I purchased it.
Description of Work: I had a laptop that was not starting correctly - He first thought it needed to have the disk operating system re-installed and when he checked the computer he found that the connection from the hard drive to the main board was broken.
