+ -1 moreThe phone call went very smoothly--the tech talked me through everything, and I'm a computer doorknob, so I don't know what to look for. Very impressed.
Description of Work: I had a question about my printer. It wasn't working, and they stayed on the phone with me until it was resolved. VERY professional, and very patient! I was very impressed, and will definitely be calling on them again for future computer help and purchases. They're truly top-notch; I'd recommend them to anyone. And their fees for services are quite reasonable for the expertise they provide, too. When I bought my Lenovo from them, Dick talked with me for close to an hour, helping me determine the right computer for my needs and budget. Seriously, these guys are the real deal.
