LCS Lawn & Tree Service

I initially called LCS a few years ago after we had moved into a new house. The yard was full of weeds and patchy in spots. By the end of the summer, those issues had largely been fixed. By the end of year two, those issues are completely gone and I've got a lawn to be proud of. Now I use LCS for all of my yard treatments. They'll let me know that they're coming out the next day and and will come back if it rains. I've also used their tree trimming and mole treatments as well. I have and will continue to recommend them.

I have been using LCS for three years and have recommended it to three others. They fertilize and spot spray for weeds. They actually look at the lawn and are not just a spray service. They always call two or more days to ok the lawn treatment. This is nice as I sometimes host a daughter's dog and this allows me to change the date of application. Very friendly and professional for office to application.

LCS has been great. My lawn is quite healthy, and if I have any concerns they are very quick to respond appropriately.

Always contacted me prior to planned application confirming I could accommodate the appointment (they were glad to change dates as needed). Left a receipt and description of service on my door knob after each application. Performed service per the contract.

LCS does a real good job........our lawn is pretty difficult due to pet damage but they manage to keep it looking relatively good. Especially in the front where the pets don't roam. We use the yearly plan which includes several applications and an fall aeration and seeding. They also apply grub killer to hopefully keep the moles at bay. They always call in advance so we can unlock the gate and are always punctual.

All 5 contacts with them went very well. I had not used a yard service for several years,and my yard was being taken over by creeping charlie and other weeds. Their very first treatment almost totally killed the weeds. My yard has never looked better. They call the evening before they are scheduled, and come as scheduled. The one time that it was not a good day for me, they made another appointment. They specialize in using as much organic as they can; and yet their price is very competitive.

Trees look great!! Grass is coming along nicely no complains about this great business.

Good response, a little disappointed in how short it was cut and also how it was scalped in some areas. Called, was corrected, but should not have happened the first time.

After many years with a well known brand lawn service, in just one year my lawn has not looked this nice in decades. They have controlled the weeds without me needing to call them out continually (not at all and n fact). We are amazed and so pleased with how great the yard looked this year, and it was cheaper than my old service! The overseeing was also included in this lower cost. Very nice job! Trees: they showed up on time, worked very hard for five hours and my trees look very nice. They did what I asked and cleaned up before they left. I would soooo recommend LCS Lawn & Tree Service!

Immediately contacted me to give me a price estimate. After I told them to go ahead with the treatment, they indicated they would be out within a week. They were out within three days, couldn't ask for better. Really happy with their services.

After my posting I received a call from Rachel and asked if they could come back out and cut more of the trees and I agreed. She told me that they wanted to come back when I was home so we set up the time. The first date didn't work out well as I had a afternoon appointment so we re-scheduled it and they were at my house bright and early. They listened to what I wanted done and finished up quickly. Would use them again!!

Our lawn looks a lot better. We had the same lawn care service from 2001 - 2014, and our lawn looked worse and worse. The crab grass is gone. The bare spots are gone. Tru Green has called us more this year than in the entire time we paid them to come to do our lawn. We are sure glad we switched to LCS.

They were very easy to do business with and returned my calls, followed through with my requests and were very professional. The tech that did the work was so very nice and respectful and thoroughly explained everything he did and explained what I should do to follow up for a successful outcome. The only reason I didn't give them a mark on Quality is because it is too early to see if this will help my lawn. All in all I would definitely hire them again and will give their number to my neighbors, family and friends who are looking for this kind of service.

Contacted provider about snow removal and never heard back from him

They do a really good job. They always call ahead the previous day to say they are coming and my lawns look better than they ever have. It takes more than one season to get a lawn looking nice but mine has thickened up nicely and is strong with few, if any, weeds. I use them for spring and fall cleanup too and they do a very thorough job. Obviously the date on this review is incorrect but the format only allows a single date. LCS have been my lawncare company for three years now.

The only complaint that I have is that they have different customer service reps in different departments which makes it more complicated to customize my service. I feel like I had to contact different people to coordinate everything that i'm wanting done and it would be easier if they had one person that handled certain clients and just coordinated my whole service. Everything else is going really great and they are really great with communication and letting me know if adverse weather will affect our schedule.

They were excellent compared to who I got last year. They always give a 24 hour notice. They leave messages if there are any issues with the lawn.

Their prices are competitive with other contractors that we contacted but their customer service is superior. The person who I initially traded emails with was professional and very transparent in fees. I love the ability to see my billing and pay online. Our lawn went from looking like one of the worst on the block to being in line with those neighbors who spend many hours maintaining it on a daily basis. The full lawn treatment is $300. The charge per cutting is $40.

We have used LCS for several years. The one year we skipped we noticed a significant decline in the lawn. We have just moved to a different place and the lawn needs lots of help. LCS helped us understand what we should do to get it in shape. Additionally, we have used LCS for snow plowing in the winter. They have done an excellent job at a reasonable price.

After emailing with Mike, I setup to have LCS treat our lawn with their top rated 7 step program. Mike answered all of my emails quickly and thoroughly. The price is less than I expected and worth the service. After just 1 lawn treatment we can see a difference. I can't wait to see what our yard can look like when we get it healthy. Unfortunately, the previous owners left our yard in horrible condition for us and we need all the help we can get!
