Description of Work: I sent a detailed request to the provider. They responded immediately wanting to know my email address, and said that they would send me an estimate. 5 days later, I have received nothing so i called them. I was told the reason that I did not get the estimate is that it did not print it. I asked them to just tell me, and they said that they needed to see an arial view of my property.....they completely ignored all the specifics that i gave to them. It is clear that they did not read the request, and that they never did an estimate. They wasted 5 days of my time.
