They were on time both days, cleaned up their mess and left my place spotless both inside and out. Very nice workmen who did a great job.

We hired Craftmasters for blown in insulation & windows. The attic insulation was done first. We noticed, after completion, that our bathroom fan was quite loud & the air flow didn't circulate as before. Thinking the motor was the problem, we bought a kit & husband replaced the motor & fan. That wasn't the problem. We called Mac, salesman, he sent out Jeff, who installed the insulation. Jeff told me everything's the way it should be & nothing to fix. I called Mac Immediately, left message relaying what Jeff said. Jeff failed to tell me he fixed the problem, knowing I called Mac. Poor customer service on Jeff's part.

Mark the contractor was great. Very impressed with his hard work. he is a great accent to your company. My bathroom looks amazing, thanks to him.

The sales rep provided thorough information about their product as well as the science of energy conversation. The crew arrived for installation within a few days. They were respectful of our home and answered any questions we had. Truly we could tell it was warmer almost instantly. Our girls sleep in this upstairs room. They used to say, '"It's too cold to sleep up here!" Now they say, "You can turn the thermostat down; it's too warm!"

Workers were very thorough, competent and friendly. Cleaned up everything before they left and did an excellent job.

Everyone went right to work,once the job was completed we were shown the attic installation and they answered any questions.I think more time could of been use to discuss all points of the specific of the job but I believe it was all done to the specs .

We have had ice dams for the past few years. Craftmasters did an infrared scan and found no damage while they were giving us an estimate. I didn't want to just have someone come and remove the ice dams and not fix the underlying problem. When they installed the new chutes to correct the attic air flow, they also checked for any damage. Thankfully, there was none. They installed insulation in our attic bringing it up to R60. The house was built in 1986 and the original cellulose insulation had settled greatly. I can't wait til next winter to see NO ICE DAMS!!! They were very nice and cleaned up afterwards.

Prompt and flexible with scheduling both the assessment and the actual work. Work was done quickly with little disruption and no mess left behind. job was well done and addressed all concerns.
