Great Products. Direct Craftmasters sales people were prompt, curteous knowlegeble. The actual siders did a great job, but were slightly unprofessional. Can not comment on price as this was a insurance job.

The only thing is I asked the women at the office to call me when MN Energy forms were mailed out. Never got a call back.

Craftmaster's did a good job I think on insulating the attic and following the directions that Center Point had shown needed to be done. Without another test however, there is no way to be sure that all leaks are filled.

I really really like the job Craftmsters did replacing my patio door. The product was of exceptionally good quality. Their installers did a great job. To look at it, you would never know that this was not the originnal patio door. They were fast and efficient. I would recommend this company to any one, any time, any where. p.s. The salesman was very knowledgeable about their product line and the whole business. Very professional.

Can't say enough about these guys, even though one of them is a Patriots fan. They are timely, efficient, pleasant and neat. They answer questions directly, they don't hem and haw. .. The install on our new windows is so true that when the lawn is cut, my husband, who has severe asthma and is allergic to grass pollens, "seeks refuge" in a room where they have replaced the windowst because the pollens don't penetrate the seal. I am very pleased with their work. I will continue to use them for future renovations, and would recommend them without reservation.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of Craftmasters from the first meeting through the end of the project. I have refered others to Craftmasters for their projects. I would use Craftmasters again, in the future, for other things I need done in my home. Thank you to Mac and Jesse.

Great job on the roof, both tear off and installation, plus cleanup afterwards.

When we met with Mac, he asked our needs/wants for the project. He educated us about the materials being used on our house. During the installation, the job site was always kept clean and the crew was always polite and helpfull with updates of progress. The finished product is outstanding in curb appeal and quality.
