Very professional and top rated. Quote was on higher end but this company does a lot more than the others. The installers were fabulous and a great crew to work with.

Dan did a quality job installing the insulation! I appreciate the time that both Dan and Mac took addressing my questions and concerns. First rate job! I would highly recommend Craftmasters Remodeling.

This roofing job got done fast, on budget and met all the expectations set forth in the proposal. I felt good about the price and the warranty on labor and materials.

I love my new basement windows from Craftmasters Remodeling! Tim and Dan did a quality job installing them. I was very impressed with their experience, great attitude, and how smoothly everything went. The whole process, from my initial phone call until the moment they were installed, was a good experience. Great company and great people!

One of the things I liked most about this company, they use actual employees for their installs. Most companies I received estimates from used sub-contractors who work for several companies at the same time. I had a BAD experience with sub-contractors in the past so that was important to me. The price was good considering it included all the trim in and out and they installed the windows to the original opening instead of just "pocket" windows. They explained this install process when they came out. The rep was here for a little over an hour so plan on that but overall I was pleased with the experience. The appointment had to be rescheduled by them once but they did give me a $100 discount, which was acceptable. Thank you

They had a Project Supervisor there the entire time the job was going on. I really liked that, as I had some questions. The work was good and they were done in a day and a half. The price was a little bit higher than some other bids but I liked having a manager there. Good quality. They put up a yard sign that I have to leave there for a month. Overall I thought things went smooth

The salesman told me he would give me pictures of the attic space to ensure that all insulation was installed correctly but failed to present them when asked. Salesman also told me that they were certified for the rebate through excel energy, turns out they are not. I checked the list, they are not on it. I had to call the salesman (Mack) to ask about my rebate. He said that there must have been some confusion. He did mail me a check for the amount of the rebate after I called, but I don't like being lied to. He also promised me a gift certificate to red lobster for $50. Its been six months, I'm still waiting.

The sales person was very nice and straight forward. They game me their best price right up front and the windows look great. The only thing they could improve on is their communication after the fact. I had to call them to get make sure the windows were installed by the promised date. I never received a confirmation that they would be there. Otherwise they were great.

Initially, red flags went up because the sales presentation, complete with 3 ring binder and many laminated pages, was kinda slick and rehearsed, but the rep, Mac, answered all my questions with good detailed answers. Slick presentation aside, I'd had a previous quote from a guy who popped only his head into the attic and gave me a quote. Mac went up inside, poked around all over and told me I had a mold problem (which he showed me), that I was one roof vent short of what I should have, and that those channel thingies that allow air to rise out of the eaves were fallen and ineffective -leading to the expensive ice dam problem I'd had. Most importantly Mac noticed that the bathroom fan vented all the moist air into the attic -not outside! Terry and his crew at Craftmasters came in, sealed things off so crud didn't go flying around the house, did the whole thing in a day, cleaned up after themselves and told me what was happening, as it happened. They also painted the mold areas with Kilz. My old packed down insulation is covered now with a nice high layer of proper new insulation and the attic is properly functioning. The Building inspector initially denied the inspection because the insulation was too close to the furnace vent and should have had barrier around it, so Terry's crew came back in and did it -and didn't charge me more- and the inspection passed. Bottom line, if I'd gone with the other guy and gotten only insulation, I'd still have serious problems. I wanted the insulation and repairs to be as properly done as possible, done well and done quickly from people who communicated. Craftmasters was more money than the other guys quote, but they did more and they did the right repairs.

The cable line was accidently disconnected and not known until later. The issue was easily fixed by myself without notifying the installer of the insulation.

They did great work, the room with the new insulation felt immediately warmer. They are clean and efficient and knowledgable. I felt a little "worked on" with the sales pitch and it was quite expensive, but understand they are trying to explain their quality of work.

We picked the higher estimate because this salesman provided more info re our project, and identified and included items that would've come up during the job with the others.
