Very happy with the work and the people who performed the job, worked hard and quickly and left the house clean.

I was very pleased with their service. They arrived and completed the job as scheduled, were courteous and responded timely for a couple of minor follow up items. I would definitely recommend them.

I will split this into three sections: beforel, during, and after the install, because each section had it's shortcomings. 1. Throughout this process there was a general lack of communication. It took over 2 months to actually get the roof installed. 2. The wrong shingles were delivered so they couldn't finish the roof all in one day. They left the roof uncovered over night even after I asked them if it would be all right. Of course, it rained and water was coming in all over my attic. The guy came in the next morning, took one look, and said, "It's not that bad." 3. Shingle debris clogged my downspout causing water in the basement.

It took longer then expected Very good product and Installation

We had checked out several different companies for our window and decided on Craftmasters and we are very happy that we did. The Window is beautiful the best in Craftsmanship you can find. It has changed the look of our house inside its beautiful and also the same outside. We are in awe as how it turned out. From the Salesman who was Shawn he was awesome explained everything. Mark is the Supervisor he was on the job right now always in contact with us Super Guy very friendly. Jim and Jeremy were our installers they are great very polite very precise in the job, took the time couldn't get a better team to do the job. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

The initial meeting with Shawn was kind of high pressure sales to sign a contract that day. Shawn did an excellent job with follow through and correcting a scheduling problem. The foreman of the installation crew, Mark, was good, though he did not deliver the correct lumber for the job and forgot the cedar for wraping the egress windows as well as the drip edge. The install crew were subcontractors and this was only their second job with Craftmasters. They did a good job installing the two windows, however, did a poor job installing the drip edge and didn't clean up the cement dust or smaller debri in the bsmt. Overall, the job was good.
