Description of Work: Crew was a much used and familiar subcontractor and they removed and replaced the roof on our house, 3 season porch, and detached garage and they did it all in one day. Started at 8 am and finished at 7 pm, including cleanup and nail pickup by magnet. Cleanup considered great. Roof replacement and flashing appears to be very good. Contractor salesperson on site most of the time and informed us of job progression at various intervals.
