Chris showed up right on time. The original plan was to build a scaffolding to get the snake close enough to the clean out that was located about 8 feet up in our sub-basement. I wasn't looking forward to how long this was going to take. Before Chris arrived he came up with plan to use a stretch of PVC to bridge the gap. It worked. No need for a scaffolding and took half the time I had set aside for the full job. Chris was careful to keep everything clean and went to the extra effort of wiping everything down after. He was a great conversationalist. Quite a friendly guy.
Description of Work: We had the main lateral plumbing line in our historic condo snaked by Carvelli Drain Service. Due to the height location of the clean out, Chris creatively came up with a simple solution and got the buildings drains flowing freely again. He was a very personable guy and very conscientious of keeping things clean. I appreciated his extra effort in explaining the full process and offering advice about our system. Well done.
