 + 0 moreIf he wasn't going to or didn't want to perform the services, it would have been extremely helpful if he would have been upfront and communicated it. We were left just waiting for nothing to ever happen. Never provided the opportunity to get another contractor. Defiantly would recommend Dave or Northridge Landscaping. I know it was a small project but he committed to do it and continued to say he was going to be there.
Description of Work: Contacted Dave at the end or April. Responded a couple weeks later. He gave us a bid in late May with a plan to complete in late July early August. In September claimed it would be two more weeks. This continued until mid October when communication stopped. He kept putting us off and never performed any services. Now it's late November and never heard back from him. Lost the entire year and need to get on someone else's spring schedule.

 + -1 moreThey met with us twice ahead of the work. Listen to our requests and completed all the work on time. They were very thoughtful and professional about the work and we are very pleased with the results . We have received many complements from friends and neighbors about the finished look.
Description of Work: Took out all shrubs and over grown material including the roots of all landscaping from front of our house. Brought in fill dirt, and stone and planted new bushes and perennials.

 + 0 moreHe was on time and budget. The finished product was on budget to the penny. Everything he said he was going to do he did. Everything was excellent.
Description of Work: I hired him to replace a retaining wall that was falling apart, and fix some steps and a small piece of sidewalk. I have even hired him to take care of snow removal for me.
