+ -1 moreslow response, had to call multiple times. electrical work performed was good quality, but price was high. didn't document cause on paperwork like we had discussed and agreed, which we needed for rental purposes. might try them again because of quality work, but they need to improve responsiveness.
Description of Work: responded to problem of lights not working in one room. Issue already identified by us, but wanted to have confirmed by professional that there was nothing else wrong.

+ -1 moreSlow call-back when we called--over two hours. We had to call them back and then waited around most of the day for another call which didn't come. They seemed very nice on the phone, but we needed faster follow through.

Description of Work: They combined two service panels into one, put outside disconnect, and upgraded to 150 amps.
