Bob's Professional Carpet Installation, LLC

Bob actually was able to make it out to our house a day early and provided us with the quote the next day. We ended up buying a carpet from Home Depot which included installation and thus did not use Bob. He was still gracious when I told him we would not need his service. Would definitely use him in the future if needed.

Bob was great! I called on a Friday to get a quote and he was able to stop out the very next morning. We removed the carpet, painted the concrete with epoxy paint and prepped the area ourselves. Bob told us exactly how much carpet to order, and even picked it up from Menards the morning of the installation. He was speedy, professional, and we couldn't be more pleased with his work. Our basement is now usable and looks inviting and comfortable thanks to Bob!

Bob took the runners we had bought and installed them on our stairs. It looks well done and feels secure.

It went great. Bob showed up when he said he would. Re-stretched my carpet to connect to a new kitchen floor that I installed. He was very accommodating and reasonably priced. If you need to have some carpet work done I would have bob do it.

I needed to replace carpet in my basement due to a basement flood. I had a water restoration company dry the old carpet, but then found it was too damaged to retain. I picked up Bob's information at Menards when shopping for carpet. The gentleman at Menards assisting me told me that he would recommend Bob over the other providers based on the positive feedback he received from customers. I contacted Bob by phone and scheduled an appointment during which he could stop by and provide an estimate on the job. Bob arrived promptly, was very courteous and thorough. His estimate was very reasonable, and included pick up and delivery of carpet from retailer of my choice. Before making a decision, I arranged for two other bids for the work, and Bob's was the best. I ultimately chose carpet from two different places (Menards for the exercise room and ProSource for the remaining rooms). I contacted Bob once I made my decisions, and he scheduled dates for the work (one date to remove old carpet/pad, one for installation of carpet in exercise room, and one for installation of carpet in remaining rooms). Bob arrived promptly on all dates and immediately got to work. He picked up the carpet and pad from the appropriate locations. He installed carpet in the exercise room first, and then remaining rooms (with some help). He continually kept me updated on progress. After the installation was completed, he cleaned up and even rehung the doors that had been removed by the water restoration company when they originally dried the old carpet. This was above and beyond my expectation. I could not be happier with my decision to work with Bob. The carpet looks great and I know I got an outstanding deal. He is professional, friendly, and overall a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Bob in a heartbeat for anyone who needs carpet installation.

After the latest storm left us with water damage in the basement and we had all of our carpet pulled out, we needed to reinstall a full basement worth of carpet and pad, after it had all been carried out wet and stinky by the first contractor. I found Bob's rate sheet in Menard's while looking for carpet samples. I contacted Bob, his rates were some of the best out of the sheets I found in Menard's. He was very responsive, emailed me a clear quote and also was flexible as far as where I could purchase the carpet from. He offered me a price on the carpet that he had a "book" for in his truck and left the book with me and also told me that I could get carpet from any nearby store, Home Depot, Menards or Lowes and he would pick it up from them. We ended up with choosing one of the options that Bob had and scheduled the install. He came out and prepped and installed the pad on evening of the first day and then came back with a helper the next day and finished the carpet install. Everything was delivered in the time frame promised and looks great. The other great thing is that he accepts credit cards, with the number of projects we had to spend our cash on it was definitely a welcome option. I would definitely recommend Bob for carpet installation and would use him again in my future projects.
