They do high quality work. The guy that did the tiling was absolutely meticulous. We did have some trouble with the materials, some of the tiles he put in were sub standard. We worked with him and selected the tiles and he put them all in. He did a whole bathroom build for us and tiled the interior. Over the next year we started having water behind the tiles and they started cracking. He came in and fixed all of the tiles. Unfortunately the problem continued. He came in again and we showed him what the problem was, so he re-tiled everything with better tiles. We paid for the new tiles which was acceptable to us but basically he came in and stood behind his work. He re- did the job which was pretty impressive. He'll come back and work for us again, I would have him back in a heart beat.

We were amazed at the quality of service and workmanship from Best Set Tile. They did better then we asked for. They were always on time, accessible, helpful with any questions. After working with 20 or more service providers in this new construction project, going with Joel was our best decision. He was so helpful in the decision making process, keeping me on track. He didn't cut corners, didn't substitute tile. Everyone who has been to our home, since the completion, comments on how beautiful and well done his work is. It meticulous, fair and unbelievably well done. We would recommend him to anyone without question.
