+ -1 moreThe guy was on time and gone in no time. He was quickly out of my area and the door stopped working just as quickly. Ronson refused to come out to look at it. Left two messages and when I spoke with Ron of Ronson he refused to take responsible for the door not working within hours of installing it. I guess Ronson Door Sales do not warrant their work at all. I had no power or lights to the sensor it appears, and the slow door, it rrakes 20 seconds to open and 17 to close for a 7 foot door. The door is still moving half the speed of my old Genie on the other garage door. I will likely need to take the opener down and return it unless I get an installer out that fixes the opener first.
Description of Work: Ronson Door Sales Put in the new Chamberlain 1 1/4 hp WIFI garage door opener in HD950wf WD100WF.. He was in and out under an hour for he refused to help us out and reprogram our cars to the opener or get the WIFI going for us. The opener opens a 7 ft door in a slow 20 seconds and closes in 17 seconds. The door stopped closing in less than a few hours when I arrived home from work and the first time I used it. The sensors would not light up and the door would not close and neither Ronson Door sales or Home Depot would come fix the thing so it would work.

+ -1 moreThey went out of their way to make sure they could get to my house during the time I could be there, even though they were very busy due to the colder weather. The technician was friendly and helpful. This is the 3rd time we've used Ronson and it's the only place we will use.
