Description of Work: I spoke with TJ on the phone, and he sent Dan out the next day. (I told him it wasn't an emergency). Dan was professional, efficient, listened to my explanation of the old plumbing in the house, and cleaned the kitchen sink line, which had been draining slowly. He also told me about future options to consider to improve drainage, and cleaned up after himself. And, he was friendly to boot.

Description of Work: I first talked to them about a loose faucet and a jet in a bathtub. He recommended a specialty service (another company) to deal with the jet as those are neither plumbing nor electrical. He suggested to ask them if they could fix the faucet while they were there. I thought that was nice - if the plan worked it would save me money. |Since the jet company was able to work on the faucet, I called TJK back to fix the faucet. They were upfront about the cost. They showed up when they said they would, called ahead as requested, and did the job well and quickly. The cost was less than estimated. The service technician was very well mannered and polite. I even offered a tip and he politely declined. |I would definitely use them again. I tried two other plumbers and neither even called me back. These guys called back shortly after I contacted them thru Angie's. And they did the job well.

Description of Work: Kitchen sink was leaking. Replaced connection between the sink and the drain pipe. Cost seemed high for the actual amount of time it required to complete the repair but I haven't had any other recent experience with plumbing repairs so maybe it was reasonable. |
