First, the project was never undertaken. Scott came out, measured, talked about what I wanted, and said that he's work on an estimate that night. I didn't hear from him in two weeks. I wasn't too concerned at this point because I had told him that the other bid I'd asked for wouldn't come in until March 9. When I hadn't heard a word from him or received a bid via e-mail as promised, I called him. We spoke briefly, I said that I would like to give him the option of receiving the job which he had seemed eager to get, and he replied that he would get the bid to me in an e-mail that night. It is now March 12 and I have still not heard from him. I recall reading another reviewer's comments stating that this had happened to him/her, but since it was the only negative review, I contacted him. He has proved to be unreliable and I would never consider hiring him.
