It’s been a month plus now, down payment was paid after Navin gave me a quote. He said he will install the gutters the week of June 12, that week passed and when I called him he said that he doesn’t remember signing up for the job and asked me to send him the receipt which I did. He said that his guys installed the gutters to the wrong house. I mean, how unprofessional is that. He went ahead saying that the following week was going to be too hot and his guys will not work under those conditions but will come two weeks later. That never happened, and he wasn’t answering my calls. I called with a different number, and he picked up saying that his guys are sick, then hung up. He had not answered any of my calls. I do not want his services, getting them elsewhere but I need my money back. Funny how he cashed the check a few days later but doesn’t want to deliver his services. RUN, RUN, RUN and save your time and money.

RS Seamless Gutters is the worst company I have worked with. They haven't finished all the work on the contract and the quality of their work is very bad. We signed contract on Sep 25 2018. The scope of work on the contract includes (1) installing new gutter in the front of my house, and (2) cleaning the existing gutter in the rear of my house and installing a cover. Without a notice of when they did their work, we found out they only installed a new gutter in the front of my house but didn't do any for the rear. We called their customer service in April 2019. Navin was the person who picked up my call. Per his request, I sent him a copy of the contract, listed the jobs they had not done, and told him the needed repair to the new gutter they just installed. Until September of 2019, he finally made an appointment around December 15 2019 to complete the remaining work and repair the new gutter. Then in December, because of snow and cold weather, the appointment was postponed to Spring 2020. He asked me to call him around April 30 2020. In June 2020, I left a text message to Navin again but he didn't respond. In September 2020, I left him another text message. He texted me back requesting for the contract again, I texted him back with a copy of the contract and the list of to-dos again, and he responded saying they were not working much due to COVID. Since then, I haven't got any response from him or the company. In May 2021, I have texted Navin, called him and left voice messages. In June 2020, I texted Navin again to check if he received my messages. In August 2020, I texted Navin and called him again. Not receiving response from Navin, I called the company's customer number and left a voice message. No response either. They haven't completed the contracted work. Even worse, the new gutter installed by them is falling off.

Contracted with Navin Uppal owner of RS Seamless on March 7, 2021 to install under decking, he stated the contracted work would be completed within a month or so. We contacted Navin at end of April to ask about project status. He stated supplier issues delay of a month or so. Early June 2021 Navin informed the MN Attorney Generals Office and the Better Business Bureau that he would have the contracted work completed within a month or so. Here we are at end off September 2021 and no work has been completed and Navin is ignoring to respond to our emails, calls and text messages. As of today I can not recommend RS Seamless as a reputable firm to do business with. I would recommend STAY AWAY form RS Seamless and Navin Uppal.

The owners shows up in a Maserati to give you an outrageous quote and then uses high pressure sales tactics to give an aggressive discount if you give a 50% down payment on the spot. The discount wasn't even close to being acceptable and after a bunch of back and forth he gives me their 10% military discount on the last price he came down to which finally brings us into the ballpark. After selling me on the why the design of my home justifies the quote I accept and give the down payment. He wanted cash/check but I put it on my Credit Card. The quote and down payment was in early June. I ask anyone who decides to go with RS Seamelss gutters to use their credit card so they have some protection. Due to the price I brought him down to he said we should expect to get gutters in 8-12 weeks. I said thats fine as I wasn't really looking at getting gutters anyways. 12 weeks come and I called the owner, navin. He gives you a cell phone and business number to contact him (2 different numbers). When calling his cell phone it at least went to his voicemail if there was no answer. He tells me his two workers got hernias and caused some major delays. He said I should expect to get gutter in 4-8 weeks. After waiting an additional 10 weeks I try calling again. I now can't even reach the owner. At no point has anyone followed up with me to let me know about delays. Calls no longer go to a voicemail on his cell phone. Both numbers now lead to a "estimate" hot line where you can leave your info to get contacted. I left a message asking when my work would be completed. Its been two weeks and still no call back. Multiple messages left and still nothing. Its the middle of November and no work/contact has been made. Now the fortunate part for me is I paid with a credit card and I've been granted a temporary transaction dispute. As no work has been done I imagine it'll be permanent. Using a credit card saved me the hassle of having to take him to court. In addition the BBB site for RS Seamless gutters in under review at this time. My guess is they are getting plenty of negative feedback. I'm also guessing he prioritizes his work to who pays the most and uses the low bids to fill in when he doesn't have any work (regardless to what he agrees to). As there are SOME recent reviews that are positive I'm guessing these people caved to his high pressure/high bid sales tactics. I would have assumed by these patterns he is going out of business, but I think he is an unethical/un organized owner.

Do not use this company. I wasted time on multiple phone calls and rescheduled appointments for estimates. When someone finally did come out they did not talk to us about what we wanted. They literally rang the doorbell and handed my husband a business card on it with an estimate and left. No explanation - no nothing.

Terrible. I am afraid of this company.
Description of Work: We had RS Seamless Gutters install the seamless gutters. When we purchased them we asked if the leaves would clog the gutters and we were told they would not and if this occurs please call and we will come clean them out. When they came out to install the gutters they let our dogs out of the yard and run free through the neighborhood and did not tell us. My husband called them and left a message informing them. My husband discovered them running on the street when he got home from work. They never called to apologize. They are our babies! Then today I called and left two separate message about our gutters being clogged. They finally called back. The man I spoke with stated I had to have the contract in hand to be able to do anything. I started to tell him how unhappy we have been about their customer service and that I was going to report them. He told me if I did he would sue us for reporting them and then told me several times to "**** Off". He also said if I reported them it would not go anywhere. I am not afraid of this company and man. If he comes out and gets angry he could lose his temper and hit me. If he lost it this quickly over the phone. I do not know what to do about this since now I am fearful and we have this product by RS seamless Gutter.

Owner a bit arrogant but I can handle that. Measured nothing. Gave me a 'off the cup' price (high) but said he would beat any number I got. No examples of product provided - no details on how far they would place brackets. It was almost as though if he showed up, he had the job and if he didn't it was no big deal as he had enough business

Everything was great! I would highly recommend Navin & his company! His crew was professional, they did a great job on cleanup & Navin even called to follow up on the work after we received some heavy rain to make sure that everything was great!

Color choices, excellent, workmanship, excellent, appearance on the house, very sleek and not noticeable. The work was completed on time and there were no surprises.
Description of Work: Very satisfied with the work performed by RS Seamless. The President of the company, Navin, was really great to work with and the crew he provided was excellent in every regard. This was the second time we used RS Seamless for our gutters. In the first case I was replacing a competitors gutter that was damaged in hail. First his bid was much cheaper than replacing with the current gutter and their gutters was much larger. I found on heavy rains the old gutter would not even catch the water it would roll right over it. This product is awesome. We recently sold that house and are building a new house and we will once again call Navi. The second time as I mentioned above was on your new build in Golden Valley. Similar experience, gutters are great, service was excellent and a year later we are still very happy.

Really well! I was a little nervous after the sales pitch and seeing some not so great reviews here, but I'm happy with the finished product and the service provided. I wanted to make sure I shared my experience here as well. The new gutters and covers look great, and was done within 2 weeks of my estimate. Honestly, I was afraid that they were overpromising the time line and that they wouldn't be able to come out that quickly, so I was pleasantly surprised. My only small complaints: I am not a fan of the sales approach, as I felt pressured to make an immediate decision. The offer was 20% if I accepted the bid at the time of the estimate. In the end, it worked out, but I think that can be a turn off for a lot of people. Thankfully, the work done was excellent, so now I'm not as bothered by the sales approach as I was at first. Also, I didn't get a call ahead of time to let me know they were coming that day to install. It worked out ok, but I think I would have had to request that at the time of the bid if that was something I would have wanted. Again, not really a big deal for me, but might be an issue for others.

50% of the down payment was paid in October 2016. The down payment must be paid in cash as requested by the owner of the RS seamless gutters. At the beginning the approximate start of the project was 2 to 3 weeks after the down payment was paid. Afterward I called numerous time to ask for the completion of the project. out of nowhere the installer showed up without appointment at my house and complete the work.

The disrespectful lack of follow up from RS Seamless is absolutely appalling! We have never has such terrible service. The day we signed the contract, Navin stood in our driveway and assured us he would be at our home when the installers arrived due to the angled overhangs on our brand new house. The installers had to call him to try to figure out how they were supposed to install the gutters on our angled facia. He also told us RS Seamless was the biggest company in the area with a lifetime warranty and said his installers would do a great job that we will be happy with. We have yet to hear anything about fixing the multiple issues Navin learned about on the day our gutters were installed. Our gutters are pitched the wrong way in places, water consistently goes over the top and drips all over our deck, the screws are visible between the gutters and facia where the install guys missed the angle and multiple wedges are at the wrong angle... this is not acceptable and not the type of work we expected or were promised. We threatened to put a hold on our check due to the multiple install issues. Navin asked us not to do that and promised he would be out to meet with us as soon as possible and make everything right. That was June 1, 2016... almost 8 months ago... Navin blew off a meeting with my husband in August by saying 'oh I was in the area an hour and a half ago'. He was scheduled to meet with him between 4 and 6pm, being in the area at 2:30pm did not work for us. The last text correspondence was in September. I emailed him in November after my dog came in from the backyard dripping wet because the gutters drip, drip, drip all over our deck. Our poor dog was standing at the door waiting to be let in, getting dripped on by the shoddy gutter install. Navin's response to my email: "Let me know when we can meet m-f 12-4" No apologies, no when is a good time for you to meet? Zero customer service. Navin does not care about his customers, all he cares about is the bottom line. And how is 12-4 during the week a convenient time for someone who works full time to meet??? In December we were off for a week. I contacted him to see if he could come out and look at the gutter issues... funny he happened to be out of town that week. We are extremely frustrated and disappointed in this company. Bottom Line - DO NOT USE RS Seamless.

Met wth Navin - the owner, gave me a quote for much less than my best quote so far for larger gutters. Everything went as planned and they have held up great. We recently sold that house and I will be using RS Seamless again on our new home.

At the end of the day, the gutters are fine. The process to get there was extremely painful. -Communication was very poor. We had so much email correspondence to ask for the contract and to figure out when they would complete the job. Sometimes it would go as long as 9 days before we would hear from anyone. -There was a lot of overpromising and under delivering (will have gutters on in 3 weeks actually means 2+ months and we have the best price actually means you have get a quote from someone else to have them match the price because they are definitely not the best). -The owner is solely a salesman with an aggressive sales pitch. We would definitely give our business to someone else next time, but at least the gutters appear to be fine.

He provided the quote with some scribble in the contract and got the advance in cash.he said he can complete the work within 1 month.I made a mistake that I signed it without comparing other quote and details.He said he will match the color and 3rd gutter in the front.He didn't mentioned in the contract.When I try to cancel the contract but he didn't allowed me to cancel it saying it is binding contract. I never never ever ever recommend to others.Please refrain from this provider even getting the quote.Even my neighbors had a similar review for this provider.

Please do not use this company! There are many reputable companies out there that deserve your busines this is not one. The issue is with the owner of the company who comes out to give an estimate. The estimates are over inflated, which he then begins to throw "discounts" out but the final price is still over inflated after the "discounts". During the time he was giving an estimate he did not even walk around my house or take any measurements before throwing out any additional excessive costs. He has a high pressure sales tactic and attitude to go with. With that said a different crew came to do the work, the work was completed in one day to be fair and there has not been an issue with the installation yet but if an issue did arise I would not seek a solution with this company. They are bad news, get multiple estimates, do not be taken in with his high pressure sales. GO ELSEWHERE!

Shame on me for signing the contract prior to researching but now that I have read up on this company, I can verify nearly all of the points made in the other reviews... 1. Began with an old man knocking on the door and asking if we were interested in a quote 2. the owner (Navin) came out and offered his "discounted", today only price 3. Contract indicated an install "ASAP" but Navin promised a 2 week install. Ultimately took 4 weeks... 4. Gutters now installed and I don't have any concerns with quality / craftsmanship At the end of the day I was able to negotiate good pricing with RS. They installed a 5" gutter for $3500 when I had been quoted $5k for 4" gutters by others. He had promised a two week install window which was not upheld... took 4 weeks and there wasn't any weather issues in between. During this time there was no communication so I was definitely getting a little concerned and was prepared to call and battle it out the day the installer actually showed up to do the work. Our home has a walk out basement and therefore is three stories in the rear... there was just one installer and I'm still amazed that he was able to hang the whole gutter system by himself. Quality and craftmanship don't appear to be an issue (although this is a fresh install). I'm not planning on being in this house forever so at the end of the day I was attracted by the price. If you don't mind the pushy sales tactics or poor communication, the value may be worth consideration.

Initial contact with RS Seamless Gutters was at a Home and Garden show. They advertised 35% off leafless seamless gutters with installation if booked same day as estimate. I got a quote that did not detail what my $2,000 was actually buying. No cost of materials, labor, or what the total length of gutters were that I would need. I wanted this to compare quotes with other vendors. I refused to book at time of estimate. I later see a 50% off sign for a gutter / installation services, I called, asked for a quote and it turned out to be the same company, RS Seamless. They came out to my hose to do another quote on my property that takes the 50% off into consideration. Price dropped to $1500 but not it doesn't include leafless gutters? I'm not too thrilled with the few quotes I got from RS Seamless so I'll be seeking someone else, even if its $50 more. I want clear documented quotes to match the advertised discounts.

In December, RS Seamless had an elderly gentleman tottering around in our neighborhood in 10-degree weather, going door to door asking if we wanted an estimate on gutters, since he noticed we didn't have any yet. We weren't actively shopping for gutters in the winter, nor would we expect the best workmanship having them installed in January anyway, but we felt bad for the guy and agreed to let RS Seamless at least provide an estimate. The owner (Navin, I think) showed up at the appointed time, circled our house, came up to the door, and simply wrote a dollar amount on the back of a business card, a number he claimed represented something like 60% off his normal price plus an additional 40% off for paying upfront, an offer good only that day, take it or leave it. There was no discussion of materials, color choices, measurements, design decisions, etc. He refused to provide any details and became agitated when I said this was crazy, and so of course I would not put any money down nor give the company any serious consideration. He tried reducing the amount I would need to put down, and when I still refused, he stormed off to his car, cursing me and yelling that he would never do a job for me at any price. When spring arrived, I used Angie's List to find a fair and honest competitor who did the job for $900 less than RS' special pay-upfront price. I don't know whether RS' quality is any good or not, but their lack of professionalism was a huge turn-off. I would advise reading the reviews on this company extra carefully before selecting them.

The gutters installed looked good and performed well though have since leaked. RS Seamless has been out once that I am aware of to repair the leak (using a sealant), though this did not solve the problem. Repeated requests to repair or replace the leaking area (which I've even offered to pay for) have gone un-responded to.

Navin Uppal, owner of RS Seamless, came out to my residence on May 3rd, 2014 to provide an estimate for gutters. I discussed my desire to run the gutters into underground downspouts away from the foundation of the house, which Navin insisted that you should do gutters before installing the underground drainage. After coming down from an original price of $6998, he negotiated down to $2900 but only if I signed on the spot. Thinking this was a good price and convinced I should install gutters before the drainage system, I signed the contract and gave him a check for $900. The following Monday, I discussed with the landscaper who is installing the drainage system. He was of the opinion that it made more sense to install the drainage system first then run the gutters directly into the drainage system to avoid having to reconfigure the gutters. Trusting the opinion of my landscaper, I attempted to contact Navin several times on Monday and Tuesday to let him know that I would like to hold off on gutters until my underground drainage is in. Not having received a call back, I sent him a cancellation letter on Tuesday, May 6th via certified mail, informing him that I was cancelling my order as allowed under Minnesota Statute 325G.07, Minnesota's Home Solicitation Sales Act (more commonly known as the "Three-Day Cooling-Off Law"). When Navin received my certified letter, he immediately called me to tell me that I could not cancel our contract. He stated he had already ordered the material. I apologized and explained that I was not ready to put gutters on my house yet, but would contact him when I was ready to. I also said that if he was indeed the largest gutter company in the metro as he had claimed when he was at my house, I was sure he would have no problem using the material in an upcoming job. Navin then became irate, insisting that Minnesota's Home Solicitation Sales Act only applied to door-to-door sales and because we had an appointment, this law did not apply. I assured Navin that after selling vacuum cleaners in-home, by-appointment for 3 summers during college, I was intimately familiar with the 3-day cancellation policy. Navin then insisted that because this was a "rush order", as signified by a nearly illegible "ASAP" scribble on the contract, that this also exempted the contract from the 3-day cancellation policy. Unfortunately, my check had already cleared. I asked Navin how he would like to handle this. He said to call him back in two weeks, that checks sometimes come back returned. I obliged and called back two weeks later. After repeated messages and texts, I received no call back. I have begun legal action in an attempt to get my down payment back. I was utterly floored at the unprofessionalism and outright disregard for Minnesota law Navin displays. How could a company claiming to have been in business for over 20 years conduct business in this matter? After researching, I've learned several other people have had reported similar issues. It became clear at this point that Navin relies on locking people into a contract with the offer of a deep discount off an of over-inflated price, and then attempts to strong-arm them into thinking they are not able to get out of the contract, despite the Minnesota's Home Solicitation Sales Act. His license was revoked by the state of Minnesota for similar behavior. Navin performed the estimate himself and gave us a significant discount, however when compared to other estimates the discount was not actually that significant. He was a polite and knowledgeable salesman, but seemed very interested that we pass his name to all our neighbors as we live in a new neighborhood. It was only after he left that one of our neighbors alerted us to the fact that he was involved in questionable activity in a past contracting business. We called to cancel our work to be done and he stated it would be impossible to cancel the work now. The workmen showed up and installed the gutter system the following week. They seemed to do an adequate job, but had to be asked to move brackets and seams to less obvious places a few times. (Such as right by the front door.) A year later, the downspouts are falling apart and one run is sagging in the middle. Overall, I would not hire this company again.
