If they can not get there wildly.Inflated estimates past your insurance company, they will leave you high and dry. I have had holes in my walls and ceiling for over four months while they pretended they were negotiating with our insurance company. There was no negotiating. Our insurance company closed the claim and they did not care for the amount the insurance company was willing to pay for the work, so they just have not done anything.

They have communicated well from the beginning. The communication with their subcontractors has also gone well. Actual work has not started as waiting for roof trusses which take a few weeks in today’s work environment but they have kept us well informed.
