+ -1 moreWhen my husband and I moved into our home, we had no idea what to do with our brand new appliances. Mr. Appliance installed all of our appliances for us and did a wonderful job at a reasonable price. Not only was everything working properly and quickly, they showed up when they said they would be there and even covered their shoes before entering our new home! The provider was very helpful and friendly. We would definitely use Mr. Appliance again in the future.
Description of Work: Mr Appliance installed our brand new fridge, stove, washer, dryer, and dishwasher.

+ 0 moreIt was a really easy experience. I gave them a call, Rowley the owner answered the phone. He sent a tech out the same day, the tech did a thorough examination of the problem, looked up the prices for the parts and then went over the pros and cons of this particular repair. In the end he recommended not putting the money into an old appliance (the parts and labor were $900) and I would be much better off getting a new appliance rather than having him replace the computer in the oven for $900 only to find something else. I really appreciated the honesty and the professionalism
Description of Work: They came and checked out a oven that I had problems with, evaluated, wrote up an estimate and reviewed the options. In the end it was just a service call.

Description of Work: Dryer was not drying properly. Tech replaced igniter and sensor.

Description of Work: Mr. Appliance came in and diagnosed why my dishwasher hasn't working and they replaced the touch pad which fixed the problem.
