I scheduled a move one month in advance, had a few questions about different options, and two days before my move they informed me that they possibly couldn’t accommodate my move anymore as the schedule was too full. The negative review is because there was not even an apology or any sort of communication after. I understand mistakes happen but a reply to my calls or texts would have been better than completely ignoring them. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone because of the complete lack of customer service."
