Mountain Duct Cleaning

Very well. They were very professional friendly and efficient. I had purchased the prepay option on Angie's List for $400. After cleaning, they informed me that the amount of vents cleaned would only equal $300 and that we should call and get the $100 refunded. This has never happened to me before and was so appreciated! They only clean vents, and they do it well. Unlike other companies that provide additional services, they were not pushing to sell other products.I would definitely recommend them!

Excellent! The appointment was easily scheduled online at my convenience. The technician was on-time and very experienced. The job was completed in less than an hour and now it takes a whole lot less time to dry a load of clothes.

Awesome. I've come to realize over the years that what is advertised isn't always delivered, so I end up looking for companies that don't advertise low price but quality work. These guys delivered. GREAT job!

Matt and his colleague cleaned all of our ducts and dryer vent. We had just had a lot of remodeling done including hardwood flooring (finished and sanded onsite). The vents were caked with debris from the previous owner and from the remodeling. Matt cleaned the vents and left all of the returns and covers very clean. They removed their shoes and wore house shoes each time they came in---left the house absolutely beautiful. I had a lot of questions about how our furnace and air exchanger worked and was given detailed tips on how to clean the air exchanger (they patiently answered my questions even though this was free of charge). I would highly recommend Mountain Duct Cleaning. Matt is polite, genuine, and professional. They worked hard to make sure they did a thorough job. Would hire again!

Matt was awesome. When he turned up for our first appointment, the contractor was still doing plastering and was breaking some concrete floor in the basement. There was no power and Matt was concerned about dust, so he phoned me to see if I'd like to reschedule, when it would be more effective. As he didn't have any appointments available for a couple of weeks, and we were staying in a hotel until he could clean it, he made a special after-hours time to do the vents, just so we could move into the house - it was fantastic. The service was great, and the vents look clean - we couldn't be happier.

Matt was very quick to respond to my request for a dryer vent inspection and cleaning. We were unable to accommodate the original date for the cleaning due to the weather but Matt quickly rescheduled. He provided excellent service and I would recommend him to anyone else looking for the same service.

Got a hold of Matt Mountain to get a quote which he arranged in a very timely manner. He was very thorough and explained everything clearly. I was happy with a discount he gave me because the house was empty of furniture which made his job easier. He explained during the inspection where he would cut ductwork around the furnace to remove the dirt. Two places. But after the cleanout only one area was used for removal. I did not ask why and hope there is not a lot of dust and dirt above the air conditioning coils. Overall the job was performed neatly and quickly. They sealed the access point well and left the house clean like they had never been there.

Matt cleaned my dryer vent, which had not been cleaned in several years. He was prompt, professional, and informative. He was able to clean the vent without dismantling it. It went quickly, and without any mess. The process was very efficient. He informed me that the vents were pretty clogged and suggested I check in with him for a cleaning in two years. Great transaction.

Bought a deal for dryer vent cleaning, the guy that came out was very nice, performed the work, and was very helpful. I didn't rate responsiveness since there really wasn't much communication.

They were quick and efficient. I appreciated that they took the time to report back what they found and give me a professional recommendation on how often I would need to get this service done.

They showed up on time, changed to indoor shoes and did a good job cleaning the air ducts. They used a rotary brush and force air to do a good cleaning. Also cleaned the dryer vent and cleaned up the lint.

Matt arrived on time for the appointment. He and the other man did a very thorough job. They cleaned out the vent outlet on my roof with an air hose and took the dryer out and cleaned the flexible tubing behind it with a vacuum.

The guy was very polite and introduced himself-which I appreciate. He is the business owner as well which is kind of nice. It may have been a family owned type of business. They were very prompt -right on time and worked very efficiently. He was over and done before I knew it. I would recommend them. I have never had that cleaning done but the price was very reasonable.

I am sure it went fine. I only saw a small narrow hose,used outside, and I asked where the lint went. Matt said it sucked or blew the lint to the outside. I can ony assume that that is what happened. He used a brush from the inside, but again I did not see any lint.

They showed up a few minutes early and got right to work. Blew the dryer vent out. All went good.

Mountain duct performed a great job cleaning our dryer vent. The service person also went out of his way to fix the connection from the dryer to the dryer vent. We are very pleased with the results. All our clothes dry much more quickly. We highly recommend Mountain Duct.

My husband and I installed an extra lint filter for our dryer because it vents outside right onto our air conditioner. We discovered our air conditioner was caked with lint so we tried to remedy the situation with an extra lint filter in the laundry room--mounted on the wall. Unfortunately, the lint filter leaked air, and so we threw up our hands and called in an expert. Mountain Duct Cleaning removed the extra lint filter, installed a new duct, and cleaned the laundry duct. They also spent time discussing with me our options as regards our dryer venting outside right on our air conditioner which helped us decide what we are going to do. Matt was prompt in responding to my calls, and he answered all my questions. Matt and Rick arrived on time, and got the job done within 1/2 hour. They really care about their work which I really appreciated. They did an excellent job!

I was not happy because they left and did not clean up after themselves. They left dust outside the wall units and on the carpets. I was very disappointed. I had that cleaning before and I know how it looks when it is cleaned. I would not use them again. I got them through the reviews I read. They had to men on the business and they knew their job. I was just not happy with the clean up after. I was sick and they also got sick so we had to cancel some appointments.

I had them in to do a vent cleaning. After reviewing the filter setup on my furnace, they advised that I would be better off getting a new filter system on the furnace rather than getting a duct cleaning. This kind of honesty and professionalism seems to be rare these days. Though, they did not do any work for me today, I will definitely be calling them once I upgrade the filtering setup on my furnace/AC.
