Rick and Ty came out to my home, arrived on time. Very professional. After inspecting ducts, furnace, humidifier and dryer vent, they determined that cleaning was not necessary. They provided a lot of advice on operating humidifier, furnace filters, and also noted the flap on my dryer vent was sticking. I really appreciated the time they spent with me and their advice. I will call them again in 3-4 years. These guys are not cheap, but they know what they’re doing and provide value for the service. Highly recommend!

We had a different service come last year (not on Angie's list) and attempt to fix our dryer vent issue, if anything they had made it worse! Our experience with Mountain Duct Cleaning was the complete opposite and Matt was awesome. Fast, professional and cleared out that clog in no time. Now our dryer is heating up like it should and no more lint blowing around the room. Price was reasonable and would definitely hire again.

It went excellent! He moved the washer to get to the dryer vent that wasn't installed properly and then cleaned the entire vent. We purchased this house used and I've been trying to find a company that would clean out the dryer vent for a long time. The owner of Mountain Duct Cleaning came out and fixed the connection behind the dryer and found a large birds nest inside the vent on the outside of the house and removed it. This was a fire waiting to happen in my opinion. I would hire this company for any service they provide in a heart beat. Reasonably priced, hard working, professional, and locally owned. Nothing better. 10 Stars if the rating's went that high.

We were very happy with them. They were very efficient. They came through and looked, when they gave the estimate, they looked everywhere. They counted all the return air ducts and everything.

Upon arrival looked at ducts and let me know they were clean enough three years after last cleaning that they didn’t need to be done again and it would probably be three years before cleaning was required. I so appreciated the honesty. The dryer vent was then cleaned quickly and efficiently. I will definitely hire again for dryer vent cleaning and for ducts when it’s time.

The visit was quick and productive. Our dryer, which previously took 3 cycles (at least) to dry anything, is now drying everything in 1 cycle.

They actually determined that the ducts didn't need to be cleaned at this time, so they didn't just "make work" and bill me. They are a company of high integrity -- so hard to find these days! Fine. I thought he had forgotten the dryer vent, but he asked the person who came out if he had done it. I guess there hadn't been much lint. But he offered to come out and check it again.

It went well. My only disappointment was that I had to vacuum the furnace room/laundry room after they left because of visible clumps of dust left on the washer/ dryer and floor.

Very Well. dry exhaust and vent were extremely clogged. Jimmy performed the service, and he is most delightful. High energy, diligent, very professional and communicates well. Very enjoyable experience. I don't recall the price as it was last year. We have 2 furnaces, so tne Angie's List price was doubled, Think it was $150-175.

Returned my voicemail quickly. Worked around my schedule to come to house for estimate. Was able to communicate estimate electronically via email very quickly. Arrived on time for cleaning. Was thorough, clean, efficient and respectful of my time. Did great work on some very dirty ducts. Was able to pay and get electronic receipt instantly. Highly recommend.

They didn't knock my socks off, but by the same token they did a good job. They got here and they left. They got here when they were supposed to and they left when they were done.

They were right on time, did a thorough job, were very friendly, and explained everything. We selected them because they are not only highly rated on Angies list but are also a certified member of NADCA. The later is a professional organization which adds additional confidence for the consumer in an industry that can have some shady "show and blow" operations.

It was good. Two people came out to do the work. They were good, professional and clean.

Fine. No issues. Service was completed in July though, not February as shown on the beginning of this survey.

Matt was quick to set up an appointment time and arrived in the window of time that he gave me. He walked through the process with me and walked through the basement to show me what him and his crew were going to do. The house smells cleaner and we have less dust floating around our hardwood floors.

Excellent service was done completely. & thoroughly. Home immediately smelled better.
