They were on time and and did a great job cleaning the vent. The dryer is working so much better now. The vent on the outside of the house empties into a garden. They were very careful to clean up the lint and not disturb some perrenials which were starting to come up. I will use this provider when I get the whole duct system cleaned this summer. Everything went perfectly and I would recommend them without hesitation.

Matt called prior to arrival within the two hour window and was punctual with the time he had given. He quickly went to work cleaning out our dryer and then from our rooftop cleaned the vent. Our dryer is drying much more efficiently and not taking two cycles to get fully dry. Matt also recommended a schedule that seems very reasonable for follow-up in the future.

I purchased the special in the Spring of 2014 but had not been able to schedule due to my travel schedule. Mountain followed up in Spring of 2015 and scheduled at no additional price. I have an unusually long and snakey dryer vent that could be a problem. Mountain was able to accommodate the complex corners and length and clean out the vent in very short time giving us terrific peace of mind. I would recommend Mountain Duct Cleaning to most anyone!

Rick is knowledgeable about dryer and furnace ducting. His work was fully explained. When asked without prior notice he inspected the ducts at the furnace and concluded work was not now needed. In addition he advised turning off the humidifier and removing the water filter so there will be no calcium buildup.

Matt gave us an estimate which ended up being the total price. No additional charges. He set up a time for the work and called us to let us know he was on the way. He actually showed up a little early which was excellent. He was very professional. Took off his shoes and set down mats to keep our floors clean. He went right to work and completed the job in a timely matter. As a bonus he was very kind to our Lab Annie who tends to be very curious and gets in the way. We were very pleased with the service and would recommend Matt to others.

Bought a groupon to get my air ducts cleaned--thought I was timing it perfectly with the installation of our new furnace. However, about 30 minutes after they were supposed to be arriving at my house, I get a call that they need to reschedule but again it will be another month before they can send someone out. Rescheduled he appointment and halfway through when they were supposed to show up the next month I call to see when they are coming and they let me know that they were sorry but they had to cancel the appointment again but could reschedule, another month out. Cancelled and asked for my money back. Will NEVER use their services and would NEVER recommend anyone try to use this company.

They were on time/called ahead to let us know they wrer on their way. Were very friendly, professional, and even played with our dog for a few minutes. Came in checked everything out and told us how long it would take and got to the job. Even cleaned out drier vent for us. Didn't leave a mess; picked up everything and even did a second walk through to make sure everything was picked up. Quoted us one price and then he told us that three of the vents weren't hooked up to anything so,he gave us a lower price--they were honest. Would use them again and refer them to anyone.

Technician showed up at the appointed time, explained what he would do, cleaned the dryer vent, then further explained how it went and tips on maintaining the dryer ventilation apparatus.

Everything went fine. He had to go up on the roof to do the work since the dryer is on the 2nd floor. He did everything we had asked them to do.

It went well and as planned. He also gave a quote for duct cleaning on the fly, which we appreciated. Great work!

Technician called and let me know he was on the way when I expected. He explained what he was going to do and immediately began working. He did a great job and left the area clean. Great job.

Rick was on-time, in fact he came earlier than the appointed time after calling to confirm. The job was done quickly and Rick even taped the connecting piping together more securely.

They were supposed to come for the service and they never called or came for the appointment. I called to make an appointment with Matt. They were fine over the phone and I thought they would come but they did not.

I purchased the dryer vent cleaning service through an Angie's List Big Deal. Matt from Mountain Duct Cleaning contacted me immediately to schedule an appointment. He suggested a time and date that worked out very well for me. On the date of the appointment, he called me to let me know they were slightly ahead of schedule so they were able to get to my appointment nearly an hour early. That, again, worked out nicely. Matt and his associate got everything done quickly and neatly. They even replaced some of my venting material that had been damaged. Matt explained everything he was doing and kept me informed of every step. They left their work areas nice and clean and my dryer vents are now clean as well. Matt also provided me with an estimate on duct cleaning including offering a discount since he normally cleans dryer vents along with duct cleaning service. I give high marks to Mountain Duct Cleaning for the courteous, prompt and professional service they provided. They showed great care in getting things done quickly but without making a mess of my house. I would definitely call on them again and I expect to contact them for my next duct cleaning.

Setting an appointment was very easy. He arrived on time and immediately went to work. His initial inspection identified an issue with our dryer's venting system that posed a significant fire risk . He fully explained what the issue was and how lucky we were that we had not had a fire. The entire back of the dryer was caked with lint and the outlet cover that housed the plug for the dryer was also caked with lint because the outlet cover was missing (leaving an open electrical box) and the Dryer vent had obviously not been connected for quite some time. Matt went right to work to remedy the issue by installing a custom vent extension to ensure the vent connection was long enough to remain connected once the dryer was pushed back in place. This took well over an hour because of the tight fit and limited working space he had to deal with. Our dryer is installed in a custom cabinet built specifically to hide the washer and dryer because it is in our main floor kitchen. After this unplanned work was complete, he then proceded to do the cleaning he initially came to do. He finished up and I was surprised that he did not charge me for the extra work he had to do to fix the dryer venting issues. I am very greteful to Matt for taking the extra time to help me remedy a very dangerous situation. I won't hesitate to call them again for regular vent cleanings. I highly recommend them and already have referred him to a neighbor who saw the truck in our driveway and asked if I was happy with thier work.

It was fast. Vent isn't very long so I won't need to have them come back soon. They seem honest and reliable.
