We hired Dale to stretch the ripples from our nine-year old carpet. He called promptly after I placed my request, came on our agreed day and time, and even moved the piano to do the best job he could. We did not expect that! The carpet looks so much better now, and we believe the price was very fair.

They called right away and set up a time to stretch one section of carpet that we needed to be stretched and attached after carpet was removed from the nailer to put in a new door. Due to our concrete situation the new nailer needed to be glued instead of nailed so it required them to come back a second time. Clean up of project and notice of return visit could have slightly improved but overall it was a positive experience.

Repaired a 2â square section of carpet that was damaged. So prompt, efficient and friendly!
