Excellent response time, I was able to schedule at my first available time and he fixed it right away. I wasn't sure if it could be repaired but Dale worked at it and was able to make it work to eliminate the issue.

what a nice guy Dale is. He did lots of explaining once he arrived. and before he left. He asked questions on the phone before he came so he came prepared with the correct items and tools for the job. He arrived on time and worked diligently and completed the carpet repair in a few hours. He's the best.
