This was a project I have been putting off for a while. It went extremely smoothly and would highly recommend! Friendly service knowledgeable about carpet repair, and willing to accommodate my request.

Dale realized his previous appointment was going to run a little late and called me early in the day to adjust our appointment. I appreciated his courtesy and that he didn’t wait until the last minute to tell me. When he got here he was very professional and did fantastic work.

Dale saved me $3-$4,000!!! I have hard wood floors and wanted an area rug to cover both the Dining and Living Rooms. I was quoted $3-4K for a custom rug. INSTEAD, I had two 9x13 rugs cut and seemed to create the custom size rug I needed. Dale responded immediately to my call, we scheduled a time to get the work done and the whole process was a breeze!! Dale is a perfectionist and I would highly recommend him.
