Stretch carpet. Great job and service.

My initial contact with the professional was to give him details of what I needed and a time for him to look at the repairs needed was set. The next day he called and wanted to know what it was that I needed done; this seemed a little strange as I had just told him the day before what was needed. He came out and looked at the project and quoted me a price and said that he had to charge a little more because he was charged $35 dollars to answer the request from HomeAdvisor. I was not too happy with this, but went ahead with the repairs. A week later he came to do the repairs and the work done is great, however, he wanted to charge me more money than what he quoted. I ended up paying the quoted price, but it appeared to me that this professional was not a very good business man. Again, the work he did was completed and above satisfactory.

Dale arrived to give us a free estimate on stretching our master bedroom carpet which had started to buckle a bit, at 7:15 PM. He came in gave us a very reasonable price and said if we wanted he would do it right now, would take approx. 45 minutes. He got the job done, it looks great and we would highly recommend his work
