I originally called Heating and Cooling Two to service the air-conditioning. Coincidentally the furnace fan quit working a couple days after the air-conditioning gave out. The 28-year old system contained R-22 refrigerant which is being phased out. I knew the system was low on refrigerant, but it would have cost $300-$400 to have the air-conditioning serviced, and probably a couple hundred dollars to get the furnace working again. It made more sense to look at replacing the entire system. I met with Mike to look at options and to select a new system. Mike was very knowledgeable and customer service friendly. Corey and Dylan arrived early on work day, they worked straight through the day, they did an excellent job, they cleaned up after themselves?well, I could go on. The efficiency and technology of the new furnace and air-conditioning equipment is amazing. I am thrilled that I can control the entire system from my smartphone. We are very satisfied overall.

I was able to get same day service. He was prompt, quick and very polite. Even my dog liked the service person.

Shawn, the tech, was on-time, courteous, and professional. Was there for approx 1 hour. Pricing for service call and Puron addition was as expected. Pricing for the replacement capacitor however was way higher than expected. ($120.00) I found replacement capacitors of the same rating on-line for $20 - $50 This is the reason for the D price rating. I can understand a parts mark-up of 25%, maybe up to 50%, but not 125%. Glad I had the $50 off coupon from the company web site to help with the cost.

My husband was home for this service. The tech called him to update that he'd be delayed, which was nice. Tech was courteous, explained the issue and fixed it within expected time frame. Would definitely call them again!

Work completed efficiently and on time.

Technician did not properly do the Furnace tune up correctly. I had to call the service manager a couple times and he did finally send out another technician that properly completed the Furnace tune up.

We were having problems with our furnace not starting up in one of our offices during the Polar Vortex. I would highly recommend them anytime for any of your Heating and Cooling needs!!

We did not have any issues with the work. The installers did not want to take the time to help us with programming, which would have been helpful. The job ended up costing us more than the initial quote as our existing system was not compatible the new one. We were disappointed that the sales staff did not provide a more accurate quote

They were prompt and effective. I have them do this every other year. I have also had them do furnace repairs in the past and they have always responded quickly when I have called.

Reapired my AC unit. I have used them for multiple projects & they have always done a very good job.

When I called on Thursday, they promptly dispatched Mike Jacobson to remedy the problem. The issue was a malfunctioning aquastat which was not readily available. Mike promised to locate the part early the next morning. Ultimately, Mike made a special trip last night to ensure we didn't go without heat over the weekend. He even returned my cellphone that inadvertently fell into his toolbox. I'm writing this review because I was thoroughly impressed with Mike's intelligence and his genuine concern for our situation. I would strongly recommend this business. It's refreshing to find a company that promotes ethical treatment of their customers. Thanks Mike!

The technician was very polite, punctual, and informative. His name was Robbie. Informed Robbie that in the past Service Plus was concerned about the carbon monoxide level it makes when they test it. Robbie tested it and it was higher than normal. Robbie called Goodman tech support (the furnace manufacturer) and asked what the carbon monoxide safty level on their furnace is, and Goodman said below 400ppm. Robbie concluded then that furnace is running well below the dangerous range. A previous tech from another company lowered the gas pressure on my furnace to lower the carbon monoxide level. Robbie adjusted it to the correct gas pressure to the setting the manufacturer recommends knowing now that the carbon monoxicide can be higher than normal on this brand of furnace. I'm very confident that the furnace is running perfectly now.

The tech arrived on time and began the diagnostics. He advised he had checked stock prior to leaving the shop and they didn't have another circuit board on hand but he would take a look to confirm the issue. He quickly found the "trap" in the furnace was plugged, he cleaned it out, and reassembled. Everything works great now. The gentleman explained everything along the way and overall was very complete in his review. I used a coupon from their listing on Angie's List which definitely took the "pain" out of the repairs!

The crew removed the existing water heater and installed the new one in approximately 1 hour. They were very courteous and professional. The install time was helped significantly because I drained the old one.

THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND DID A GREAT JOB ON THE REPAIR. JEFF WAS CLEAN AND DID NOT LEAVE A MESS. hE WORE BOOTIES AS TO NOT TRACK IN DIRT. GREAT JOB AT A GREAT PRICE. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

Heating and Cooling Two is the current owner of the business I used some years ago to install a new furnace and central air unit in my residence. I found this out when I contacted them by telephone. The receptionist was courteous and efficient, and an appointment with the technician was made quickly and easily. The technician arrived at my residence on time, and performed his tasks quietly and without delay. He informed me that the coolant level in the air conditioner was low and that more fluid should be added. I asked him to show me how he reached that conclusion. He agreed and we went to look at the measurements on his diagnostic tools at the outside compressor. I am not trained in the use of these tools, but his explanation of the measurements seemed to make sense. I approved the addition of coolant fluid which seemed expensive, but I had no way of knowing the cost. He did try to convince me to approve a job of detecting the origin of the leak. As this would have been a long and expensive process, I declined to pursue it any further. I will likely sell my residence before any additional servicing of the furnace/air conditioner is required.

We have used Heating and Cooling Two for many years for standard tune ups and major service. This call was very routine. They showed up on time, performed the service quickly and efficiently, and did not try to up sell un-needed services. The technician was polite and respectful of my home and my time.
