Description of Work: Weekend "emergency" call as the ignition switch went out on the furnace unit. Came out - very professional and made sure we understood the weekend special rates, asked not once but three times. Technician was prompt, unit was fixed within two hours and heating was back on in the house. We've used them for maintenance in the past and will continue to use this company. Great pricing. Nice, professional folks - and the pricing is reasonable.

It went great!
Description of Work: The pro from Heating and Cooling Two (odd name right?) were one of only a few individuals qualified to work on my Honeywell Whole Home Humidifier. This led me to believe that perhaps my overflowing humidifier problem might leave me with a large service bill. That was not the case at all. Shawn showed up and knew exactly what the issue was after a few minutes. He expertly adjusted the level controller and started it up to verify the level held and sure enough it did. Though he did not recommend replacing the gasket, I decided to order one because I damaged it during my inspection or perhaps the previous homeowner did (oops). That gasket will run me another $100 roughly, but at least now we have our humidifier back. During the visit Shawn described the function of the unit and some of its nifty features that I didn’t even know existed. I’ve had great service with another HVAC place, but when it comes to the uber complicated Honeywell stuff I now have the perfect people available to remedy such situations. Thank you
