One property needed extensive repair, carpet replacement & paint, & the other needed a new AC & a new hot water heater. Glenn coordinated all the repair work for me. I would have had to travel to MN if Glenn had not been willing to help me. Glenn was also very helpful in advising me regarding acceptance/rejection of offers and counter offers. Everything was accomplished online efficiently & easily. Glenn is a pleasure to work with.
