+ -1 moreWe are in the process of putting our home on the market and discovered we had cracked grout. Paul identified the problems easily and emailed a firm bid that night. Work started a few days later and was completed just as he promised. Very detailed oriented and my bathroom was so clean I couldn't even tell he had been in there working.We are pleased with Paul's work and are hoping to use him in our new home as well.

+ 1 morePaul was by far the most reasonable bid I recieved. He did a great job, in a timely manner with good workmanship and attention to detail. I have referred him to several friends with similar projects. All have been happy with his work.

+ 2 moreWhen my wife and I planned this remodel, it seems like too big of a job but Paul made it all possible. His professional systematic approach to this large project allowed us to continue use of the rest of our home with minimum interruptions and virtually no construction dust/debris. He was extremely easy to work with despite our last minute changes/additions to the project scope. He gave us references to granite vanity top manufacturer that gave us about 50% savings over the other guys! The work was completed in a shorter time than expected and we are extremely pleased with the results. The overall project costs were quite less than expected and that was a very nice surprise. Paul provided his thoughtful advise on few items we were considering for floor heating and his field experience was quite beneficial to us.
Description of Work: Very large project - Complete remodel of bathroom: 1. Removed of old bathtub 2. Removed of old toilet 3. Removed of old vanity cabinet and mirror 4. Removed of old wall and floor tile 5. Removed of portions of rotten sub-floor 6. Removed popcorn ceiling texture 7. Removed old vanity light fixture 8. Removed old ceiling fan 9. + -1 moreOur house is going on 16 yrs old and the second floor bathroom needed updating. Paul gave me a very competitive bid and he came with excellent references from the company where I purchased the tile. He removed all existing ceramic tile from the tub/shower enclosre and the floor taking care not to damage the infloor heating wires embeded in the thin set underlayment for the ceramic. The job took 1 week, exactly as predicted and looks beautiful. Paul was prompt and took care to keep dust and debris from the rest of the house. I will use his services again.
Description of Work: Removed existing ceramic tile and retile a full bathroom floor and tub/shower enclosure.

+ -1 moreThe kitchen is about 100 sf and he had to remove dishwasher and refrigerator. It was quite a disruptive mess but he was punctual and cleaned up. It took three days from start to finish. I got Paul's name from my barber who is the fussiest man in Minnesota and I was not disappointed. His work was exceptional!
Description of Work: Removed vinyl floor covering in kitchen, repaired damage due to leaking dishwasher and installed ceramic tile. He made an esthetic recommendation that was great!

+ -1 moreHe did a nice job with both tile projects and hsi price was much more reasonable than the other individual we had out to bid the job. He told us it would take 3 days and that is exactly how long it took. Each day he left the area he was working in very neat and clean. He also needed to go buy some additional tiles to finish the work and called to get approval before making any additional purchases (even though it was a very small $ amount).
