Mold remediation is a fickle business. While we take it completely seriously with many many friends having faced toxic mold in their homes, we also want to be cautious to not be anxious when there is little cause for alarm. Be prudent and wise. In the spectrum of excessive (no place is safe!) to stupidity (just throw bleach on it; that's just a "basement smell"), Bill is right where you need with moderate views of wisdom and prudence. We worked with Bill in the past with a previous home and he was quick to do work well and give us the peace of mind everything was cleaned up that needed to be, so we knew if we ever needed help in this realm again we could trust Bill to help us. In an industry where people can easily be preyed upon when there is fear and lots of bad information involved, Bill is definitely the voice of reason, wisdom, and true help.

I am an engineer so I take the details on things seriously. I interviewed multiple companies for this work which had to be completed before putting my house on the market. Bill Gacioch at CPR was my #1 choice by far. Much of the scope of work was unknown until we got stucco removed from the exterior and could see inside the walls. Once we knew the extent of damage, Bill recommended a solution to speed things up, provide better quality, and save me money. His team worked hand in glove with the stucco removal and siding teams to complete the work on time. All of the work was done professionally and with exceptional quality and communication. Bill’s work, attention to detail, and integrity were so good that I hired him additionally to check on details for me regarding other contractors’ work when I was out of state. I’d hire him again in a heartbeat.

Bill and Nate were wonderful. I had such a pleasant experience with them for such an unpleasant task! The customer experience was one of the best I have ever had. Although I don't wish mold remediation for anyone--I want to tell everyone about this company! Bill had excellent communication, timeliness and effectiveness in completing the job. I highly recommend Bill Gacioch with CPR for your mold problems. The mold in my home was taken care of in a timely fashion, and his work passed inspection with flying colors. Bill also went the extra mile. Estimates from other companies included trashing my shower, but Bill saved it for us. He checked out other concerns I had, answered all of my questions patiently, and gave me helpful advice on how to avoid further and related problems. He is very personable....he even got along with my dog....was respectful of my property, and is very good at what he does. I will entrust him with any problems I have in the future.

After the perfect winter storm of rain and snow, my basement flooded requiring immediate assistance. I️ called A number of mitigation places, only to be “assured” my call would be returned by their “team”... I️ still haven’t received calls from those places (many with A ratings on this site. I want to be clear that CPR wasn’t a second or third choice, I simply called around because I was scared and in desperate need of help! I talked to Bill around 2:00 and he was at my house by 3:30! Both Bill and Vic are incredibly hard working and kind. As a single mom, I felt comfortable with them in my home (which is so important), as they were nice to both my kids and dog! Bill explained what needed to be done and obviously kept my best interest in mind. He could easily have taken advantage of my ignorance of flood damage but he did the opposite. He saved money for me, when possible. I just have to say that these are good guys. When Bill came back days later to pick up his fans and dehumidifier, my (senior) parents were feverishly working in my backyard to keep water from entering the house again. He immediately put his waders on and spent over an hour helping. He went way above and beyond, we were so grateful. Simply put, if you have any mitigation and/or restoration needs, this is the company you should hire.

I felt compelled to write a review about the fantastic service Bill Gacioch provided to me and my family. We bought a home only to discover the entire lower level had dangerous mold that was hid by the previous owners. It was causing health problems and we needed a solution and fast. From day one Bill provided nothing short of a miracle in our home to get it back to being mold free. He is educated in mold remediation, friendly, courteous and explains everything that needs to be done and works like a dog to get it completed for you THE RIGHT WAY! I trusted Bill so much he had free run of my home while I was at work and he could let himself in and out (and he even bonded with and let my dog out during the day so he could pee ;). Honest, dependable and trustworthy person. I couldn't be more pleased with his service and whoever is reading this I promise Bill will take care of you!

Bill Gacioch and his crew came nearly immediately to prevent further water damage and cost. He took the time to inform us of what was needed and done as well as answered all questions.

I called PuroClean in the morning. Bill Gacioch went out of his way to fit me into his schedule that same day. He offered to come over and help identify the source of my (minor) water damage. He showed up right on time, found the issue in about 8 minutes and showed me how to fix it so i didn't have to spend any $. He was very professional and helpful. I would recommend Bill to anyone and would call him again for sure if i had issues with mold, water, fire or anything else he could help with. This was a great customer service experience.

You can't go wrong with Bill G. He is easy to work with and cares about his clients. He's friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, and punctual. He shows up when scheduled and stays late if necessary. He'll give you a detailed estimate up front and will provide timely explanations and recommendations while the project is underway. We certainly would hire him again.

Bill came out to assess the situation, gave us a quote and sealed up the room before he left. He came the next day and built an enclosure to vent the room as he worked to take out the ceiling, walls, sink and toilet. There was an unexpected structure above the room and Bill called in a contractor for advice on how to proceed. Bill did what he said he would do, for the price he said he would charge and was always on time. He cleaned up after himself and left everything in fine condition. I would not hesitate to call on him again if needed. Bill was very pleasant to work with.

One thing I really liked about Bill was how thorough he was in both looking at the areas to determine what should be done and during the job itself. Also, I learned a lot during the whole process. He did an excellent job of addressing my concerns and questions. Before I hired him, I was concerned about coordinating between Bill and the contractor he brought in. Turns out I had nothing to worry about. I am so impressed with how well they coordinated everything and how smoothly the job went. This was quality all the way! Both Bill and Mike, the contractor, were very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I felt that they treated my home with the same care they would their own. I would recommend Bill without reservation.

Mold remediation can be overwhelming, so we were very focused on finding an expert professional who has the highest quality standards. Bill at PuroClean is the guy to hire. Bill responded to our call within a few hours and was at our house the very next morning to provide an estimate. He spent extra time educating us before we'd even hired him. Bill is extremely knowledgeable and is undaunted by minor challenges that undoubtedly arise in these kinds of projects. I have some health issues, so containment during the project was very important. Bill is so thorough that you can feel confident that the mold you are trying to get rid of won't be seeping into unaffected areas of your house (while still giving you usable space to live in). Bill is super friendly and is happy to share suggestions related to the project but outside the scope of his work. He tapped his network to help us find a great contractor for work related to water seepage that was one cause of our mold problem Given what the project entailed (we had mold within our basement walls and kitchen floor), we found his costs to be very reasonable. Plus, Bill goes above and beyond to give you extra value for your money. We followed the smart recommendations of other reviewers on this site and first hired an independent mold investigator who tested and identified our problem areas and then hired a mold remediator to ensure there is no conflict of interest. Bill is experienced in working with mold investigators so you feel like you have a seamless team. After Bill was done, we got a clear test from our mold investigator (which doesn't always happen the first time after post-remediation). We'd hire Bill again and think he is a great resource. Based on his work and experience, he will also be the first person we call if we ever have water or fire damage.

Puroclean was very responsive and profesional to work with. They were in and out quickly, but did the job thuroughly and correctly. They got us all taken care before the holidays!

We were very happy this didn't disrupt our holidays.
